Walt Disney’s secret for maintaining the suspension of reality amongst his audiences was to use a different trick every time. Sadly Rob is no Walt Disney and is merely recycling the same old tricks and fake companies, using the same accomplices. Will a custodial sentence stop him – probably not, he will probably have wi-fi in his cell and will just carry on through proxies.

Why does Quob Park Estate use the Quindell logo? Surely that belongs to Quindell itself?

I can’t imagine Quindell are happy with the position, re the logos.
This suggests that Quindell don’t think they can do anything about it.
I wonder whether Quob Park’s logo pre-exists Quindell’s?
I wonder whether, if it does, that this might indicate a certain degree of premeditated intent on the part of some?

“Quindell has a trademark for its current logo, though the trademark is for the leaf motif in conjunction with “Quindell” written under it. The singular leaf was deemed too generic to be trademarked alone, and had been used by Quob Park long before the establishment of Quindell. We understand that Quindell will drop the leaf motif and may embark upon a complete rebrand, though as an investor in the company, we hope they will not spend a large amount of money in the process”

The leaf shape with Quindell underneath appears to be a Trade Mark(UK00003047402) registered to Quindell plc,however the leaf shape alone does not appear to be registered & Quob Park may be free to use it.
