Okay, we know that he committed accounting fraud, securities fraud and insider dealing. We know that the FCA and SFO are investigating him but perhaps the QPPSAG want to back Mr 2+2 can = 5, Mr Robert Simon Terry once again? Well I can reveal how to go about it.

Hi Tom, we live in a world where the liars, thieves, and cheats can pretend the bull markets are not being supported by trillions of newly printed money, where Bitcoin is treated seriously as a currency, and where greedy, fuckwit politicians can treat a carbon tax as a legitimate new revenue stream… so why shouldn’t that nice Mr Terry be allowed to stuff his snout in the trough for one more round of “fleece the morons”…?

Incredible as it seems to those of us that possess a moral compass, Mr Terry, isn’t short of a sizeable number of apologists and admirers, as can be witnessed by spending a short visit to any number of LSE chatrooms/forums.
Therefore, there can be little doubt that there will be a healthy supply of investors clamouring to be climbing onboard this latest Terry enterprise……… I will even predict that the investing genius, Tom Dobell, will soon be picking up the telephone and begging to throw away another £30 million of his M&G’s investors money into the grateful clutches of our entrepreneurial wizard, too!

Dear Mr Winnifrith
I am writing on behalf of Mr R Terry, to enquire as to the possibility of participating this years investors show.
Mr Terry is aware of the time limitation and apologises, but is most anxious to introduce his new money making business, Quob Park Estate, to the investing public attending the show. In common with most of Mr Terry’s business practices, he is willing to show his appreciation, to you, by way of a stuffed brown envelope and a few million shares in his new venture (that may be sold off anytime, regardless).
Mr Terry doesn’t object to be given a booth close to the public conveniences as he will be doling out what normally happens in lavatories in spades, but what we at, Quob Park Estate’s, like to call ‘Digital Disruption’
As an added bonus, Mr Terry will be joined by his former (sacked) colleagues, but soon to become highly paid executives at QPE, Moorse and Fielding.
All three gentleman will willingly explain to all potential investors exactly what strategies they plan to put in place to flush away their money or what we at Quob Park Estates, like to call, ‘maximise stakeholder value’.

I see “Quob Park Estate Intends to Vote ‘YES’ At The Quindell EGM”, according to the latest/only blog post.
Quob a core shareholder of Quindell and deal undervalued (should have been closer to £2.4bn) too, apparently.
