why do you tell your subscribers on HSR that share tip will be at 11AM as stated on Insecto update. I think its time that you started to keep the HSR site updated we are paying you for a swevicw that you fail to provide.

I planned it at 11. But other things cropped up. So it is 3.30. If a 4.5 hour delay means you cancel your sub go ahead. For £5 a month some folks are not worth pleasing

we keep updated on our tips. If you do not like the service cancel. If you are going to post untruths here I am not obliged to publish them. Frankly I earn £2.50 pcm from your custom (1/2 of £5) – you are not worth it. Please do cancel

where have I told a lie? You do not update the site as it was laid out I have been in this since last January and your input in the site has gone down hill. Im paid up till next Jan and will not be dropping out Just because you can`t take Critisism.

Frank is in the right, you should apologise to him. He is supporting your work and you are giving him unjustified abuse. It is not about one update that has been pushed back, it is a negative comment about service over an extended period. Judging from the Insetco message board, he is not the only one annoyed at the service level.
Speaking as someone who is seriously deliberating a subscription to HSR / Nifty 50, I am less than impressed by your side of the conversation above.

Wooooooooooooh ! Chill guys ………….. take five . Toms a very busy bloke and does his best . Its the end of the week and he will be very tired . You have to ask yourselves the question “what do you expect for £50 a year” . Personally I am just happy to get the tips a day or two before the main throng . It gives me time to research and ride the wave if I so choose ( hence the name) . No offence to either side ……….. but its hardly the crime of the century . Think mellow ………….deep breaths ……………….calm and tranquil landscape .

Wildrides no matter what you pay for a service you expect it to be done as laid out at the start. if you suscribed to a newspaper you would expect all the pages to be there and delivered on time.

I think for £5 a month the service is great. I am not expecting some corporate enterprise whose service will be out bang on 11:00am or will be constantly updated.
Anyway, that is my 2 cents…
