Where do I find the super secret RNS that Quindell issued where they claimed that S+G made an offer? I can’t seem to find it anywhere. The only RNS I can find from Quindell on the matter has this at the bottom

So leonstrade on the LSE was shown to be a complete liar. Claimed that a second offer of £700million had been accepted and it was a done deal. I’m sure the LSE will report him to the FCA for market abuse – NOT!
Strange how there is no criticism on the LSE of leonstrade for blatant market abuse.
Even now the fuckwits on the LSE haven’t quite understood that betaville/leonstrade were wrong and SG have confirmed that “NO OFFER” has been made and they may not make an offer. Moron of the Week 14 coming soon as plenty of material already.
Shares down again – that great rally didn’t last long.

@ XavierX – get real dude – if no offer has been made why mention indicative prices? that’s the desperation and it is misleading. I could give you an indicative price on QLS but that would be worthless information…not even information actually

I think you’ll find that discussions went like this.
Quindell – We want £1billion for our biggest earner + leak figure to Daily Mail
S & G – OK we’ll do due diligence and have discussions about that
Quindell – PR release RNS stating that discussions begun with indicative value of £1billion
S & G – Statement that no offer been made as due diligence incomplete so cannot attribute any value

Quindell’s RNS yesterday appears to be nothing more than a blatant misleading piece of ramping propaganda ( 26.32% uplift in share price ).
As, Turbo states, the new men seem pretty ineffectual and knowing the previous form of the usual suspects, Moorse and Fielding, one has to ask…….. whom was yesterdays little statement for…….. surely not to benefit some ‘mate’, wanting to unload a dollop of confetti?
Shame an RNS couldn’t have been issued addressing some of the disturbing allegations recently made, concerning the actions of its group CEO.
Would have thought one of the first priorities of the newly appointed ‘heavy weight hitters’ would have been taking measures to enhance and restore the companies and its executive officers somewhat tarnished reputations!

I for one welcome your right to post here. Folks tend to speak their mind here but you are always welcome to try and put a bull case for the Quenron fraud at any time.

QPPSAG are a nasty, vindictive group who seem to think they are superior to everybody else. Just look at their postings, they constantly tell investor to go to QPPSAG to get “REAL” debate and facts. Its not surprising they have this attitude as their dear leader is “Steamy/longtermholder. He had complete contempt for anyone who didn’t agree with him and he started the global conspiracy crap on the LSE.
I suspect that Gotham has been looking at the relationship between QPP, their PR firm and QPPSAG. Perhaps Gotham has had access to QPPSAGs private board and some posters have been saying things on there which they thought might not be made public.

Look at how the loons are now behaving to another Bear on Quindell on LSE. One of them whose mate from the pub is “an IT expert” has somehow managed to “prove” that an LSE poster uses Twitter, and that when he logs on to Twitter he does so using an IP address which “proves” the said poster is a Contract cleaner from Buckinghamshire (or something like that).
THere are about 20 posts talking about nothing other than cleaning!!!! I suppose it makes a change from talking about Pizza!

And another post earlier on has the Times now in on the global shorting conspiracy, for reporting the rumoured bid value as being £500 million, when apparently it should have been £800 million. I didn’t know that it is apparently market abuse which the FCA should investigate for rumoured bids – i.e. made up shite with no foundation – to be reported in a way which the Morons don’t like…

You had it explained to you the errors, irregularities and falsehood within their audited accounts. Knowing all these things you not only continued to invest. you trolled off anyone, anywhere who wanted to discuss these issues with you and other shareholders, including existing shareholders.
