Hats off to Morgan Stanley which has made a quick £2 million plus killing in four working days. It correctly identified Quindell (QPP) shareholders as being among the stupidest people on this planet and it has played them like a kipper. It is all perfectly legal and for this Robin Hood in reverse raid on the lobotomy and strong brigade, hats off to the banksters.

can I ask you a question please. Is this true ?
Someone on the LSE has stated this about CIC Capital (SB is Stuart Bromley of CIC Capital):
“By doing proper research rather than going over and over the same negertive dribble you would find out the TW is a big admirer of SBs business model and has had several discussions about there actions/ the way there going about it. So all this jumping in to the lions den is load of crap!!.”

ask away! Oddly enough given that it appears on the LSE Asylum it is 100% untrue.
I have had no discussions with SB on his business model and frankly know sod all about it. As such to say I endorse it would be bollocks. Since I have done zero research I can neither endorse it or condemn it.

CIC capital is a fantasy de – lister . Do not invest . I still have shares from the last Aim listing and the management has refused to discuss trading of these with Barclays Stockbrokers . Indeed my broker described them as “abrupt and uncooperative” when trying to resolve the issue of this lobster pot for me.
You have been warned ……………Ever heard of a Norfolk Broad ?

Morgan takes “ Fleece a moron per day ……….. it helps you work , rest and play “ to a whole new level .
However ………. I would have laughed my head off if the regulator had decided to suspend the shares whilst Morgan had its maximum share holding ……… oh what fun that would have been .

First class piece…… certainly pops the balloon of the bulletin boards long and strong brigade with their idiotic ramping and screams of triumphalism.
Surely, this latest episode proves the now widely held belief that Quindell is nothing more than a daily trading counter being played by both the bulls and bears. And as such to the serious long term investor not an investable stock.

thanks Tom. The lengths the loons at LSE asylum will go to pump up their chosen stock is quite shameful.

Hats off to Tosca for doubling their money too! They must have bought in the 30’s and cashed out at 60 odd?
Lonster
By the way, who had the last date for Quindell being suspended in the Sweepstake? My date was February 13th so I lost out on that one. Anybody still in it?

Over the past two years, Mr. Bromley has issued dozens of press releases. He once issued a press release describing the size and design of his offices in Beijing. (In the release, he said his office is “within one block of Tiananmen Square” – although it is actually three kilometres away.)
Some matters were disclosed less quickly. On April 18, an Australian court issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to pay a judgment debt of about $80,000 to the Scouts Association of Australia. He did not mention it in any of his press releases until two months later, after he was contacted about the matter by Canadian regulators.
In two other cases, Mr. Bromley was obliged to issue a retraction of press releases containing estimates of his company’s mineral deposits in China, as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission.

“But despite his impressive offices, it can be difficult to find evidence for some of the claims in his press releases. He says, for example, that he held a “diplomatic post” at the “Mongolian Investment Council,” yet business leaders in Mongolia say they have never heard of such a council.
He acknowledges that the organization is unknown, but says this is because it is “secret.”
Mr. Bromley, the chairman of CIC Mining Resources Ltd., also says he was instrumental in amending tax laws to pave the way for Mongolia’s biggest-producing gold mine. The owners of the gold mine, however, say they have never been associated or involved with Mr. Bromley.
Asked about this, he responds angrily: “Those guys are just tossers. They’ll never tell you the truth. They’re miners, right? They’ll never tell you the truth.”“

“I believe that his story is a fabrication or he’s living in fantasy land and has brought his fantasy world into the court room. It is either that or he’s guilty of fraud. “

Well Tom this is not the most accurate story ever is it? So they paid 61p?? I thought it was more like 64/65p from memory. There was a print. There has not been a print for the sle so price unknown. I don’t think that MS would take that sort of risk. But you keep digging away.

Come on Tom. Surely you can dream up a new smear? These repeats are
disappointing after your voracious ‘revelations’ over the last months.

And there’s me thinking Morgan Stanley were simply carrying out prime brokerage services for Tosca…
For someone who prides themselves on their “forensic analysis” this piece reads, in my occasionally humble opinion, too much like unsubstantiated conjecture.
