What about your tip Stratmin ? They well shafted holders with a 20% discount placing today and dilution of 14% if share holders approve . I will vote against .
They said the reason ( to be cheerful ) for the placing is that they could not get a loan on reasonable terms . The cash flow forecasts must be shite then . Sounds like bollocks to me . But hell , I am thick as Shite so what do I know . I know one thing ………. I wish I had put the loot in Van – Goddess’s tip instead of this bunch of nare do wells . The management have no lead in their pencils .
