Van Elle – recommended offer, bank a near 38% gain?

Van Elle Holdings (VANL) shares were recommended in 2024 at a 37p offer price and up to 40p targeting a recovery to 50p+ and we most recently wrote on them this January, concluding that the valuation looked to include very little for recovery potential and, for the patient, that a return to a 50p+ share price was quite possible. As it has turned out, from then not much patience has been required...

Van Elle – interims, value recovery Buy

The UK’s largest ground engineering contractor Van Elle (VANL) has announced results for its half-year ended 31st October 2025 and that it “remains confident in achieving market expectations for the full year… in a very strong position to benefit from expected market improvements in the energy, water and residential sectors”. What about the performance and outlook in the context of its valuation at a current 37p share price?

VANL

Van Elle – full-year results, a value recovery Buy, 30% upside or more

Van Elle (VANL), which describes itself as “the UK’s largest ground engineering contractor”, has announced its year ended 30th April 2025 results and that it “continues to win important new framework agreements and partnerships, which gives the board confidence in the prospects”. How do the outlook and results compare to the valuation at a current 38.5p share price?

Van Elle – interims, value recovery Buy

Ground engineering contractor in the UK, Van Elle (VANL) has announced results for its half-year ended 31st October 2024 and confidence in delivering a full-year performance in line with market expectations. This looks to suggest attractive upside potential from a 37.5p share price.

VANL

Van Elle Holdings – a Buy?

Unsurprisingly, it was the Labour Party who won the election and we note housebuilding shares amongst the main price risers immediately in response. We now wait and see what it will actually deliver the sector, but suggest there could now be some positive sector-related sentiment and look to a small cap company which looks to offer a prospective approaching 4% dividend yield and business recovery potential – Van Elle Holdings (VANL) describes itself as “the UK's largest ground engineering contractor”.

Only about 3.5 million files of approximately 6 million Epstein files have been released, and of those released many are heavily redacted by the Trump DOJ in Washington. The answer to your question may be in the redacted and unreleased files. Under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, the DOJ is permitted to suppress explicit abuse materials.

There are more important things to worry about, like gilt yields and whether this country is going bust.If UK PLC was a company,it'd be a good short.

Tom,Re. Georgina: Can you not get hold of the Shire council reports from Aug 29th. and Sept 29th? There might be some indication of the current status in them.I noted that it wasn't just the roadworks that were an issue but they also wanted an airfield with a lighted runway in case of medical emergencies. Maybe a lighted helipad would do; that would be a much cheaper option.

So is there anything actually in the Epstein files implicating Trump directly in wrong doing? Unlike, say, Pres Clinton, No!.

AI Overview:Donald Trump is the most frequently mentioned public figure by raw count in the released Jeffrey Epstein documents, appearing in tens of thousands of references and files (though a large portion of these consist of news articles, media clippings, or press mentions shared or saved within Epstein's records)Trump was also recorded boasting that he was a pussy-grabber in the Access Hollywood tapes.
