Restore plc – interims, a “strong H1 performance” and “confident” for the full-year value

Data and information storage and services company Restore plc (RST) has announced its half-year 2026 results headlined “Strong H1 performance with revenue up 21% and adjusted EPS up 24%; confident of delivering full year result at least in line with market expectations”. How strong is that relative to a 288p share price, £387.7 million market capitalisation?

RST

Restore – 2025 results, a trading “ahead of expectations” Buy

The UK’s leading provider of business services for data, information, communications and assets Restore (RST) has announced its results for the 2025 calendar year headlined “Significantly improved performance; £20m share buyback; FY26 ahead of expectations”. What does that mean regarding the valuation, with the shares currently approaching 8% higher at 250p in response?

RST

Restore – trading “ahead of current market consensus” and Harrow Green business sale, Buy

‘Data, information, communications and assets’ business services company Restore (RST) has announced it’s “on track to deliver a strong FY25 performance; FY26 outlook raised” and the sale of the Harrow Green commercial relocation business. How does that all compare to a currently up to 272p share price, £369 million market cap, valuation?

RST

Restore plc – interims, remains a growth value Buy

Restore plc (RST) has announced its results for the first half of the 2025 calendar year including emphasising “a robust financial performance that reflects the strength of its market positions and recurring revenues”. How is its performance relative to a 263p share price, approaching £360 million market capitalisation?

RST

Restore plc – medium-term attractive further upside potential?

In a clearly tough macroeconomic environment, company describing itself as “the UK's leading provider of digital and information management and secure lifecycle services” Restore plc (RST) announced first half of 2024 adjusted earnings per share up 7% on the corresponding 2023 period and a dividend per share up 8% and suggested further upside to come with that it is “executing well against our plans, including the changes in operating style. The changes have been significant and will therefore take time before they fully bear fruit”. They though suggest to us medium-term attractive further upside potential from a 280p offer price.

RST

Restore plc – “Significant Contract Win” boosts gain to more than 51% in less than three weeks!

We tipped shares in Restore plc (RST) as a recovery Buy on 18th August at a 142p offer price, considering that the valuation following prior trading disappointment meant that a 190p share price looked realistic on just the company showing it delivering on the expectations from there. The potential value was already being realised somewhat by the market as the shares recently closed at 180p… and now a “Significant Contract Win” announcement.

RST

Restore plc – recovery value playing out...

Describing itself as “the UK's leading provider of digital and information management and secure lifecycle services”, Restore plc (RST) recently announced results for the first half of the 2023 calendar year noting “a difficult period” but that “current trading remains in line with the board's revised expectations to achieve an adjusted profit before tax of £31m for the full year”. On HotStockRockets, we noted that we considered that suggested recovery value from a then 142p offer price of the shares just over a week ago. The shares are already now at 180p.

RST

Restore – trading and board updates, too much was indeed demanded to meet even recently-lowered expectations!

Describing itself as “the UK's leading provider of digital and information management and secure lifecycle services”, Restore plc (RST) has issued an update including of “weakness in its Technology business, a reduction in demand for certain service lines since the last update”. That is particularly not good as that ‘last update’ was also a profit warning!

RST

Restore plc – “after almost four years of service” CFO to “step down”, though also after recent profit warning...

Describing itself as “the UK's leading provider of digital and information management and secure lifecycle services”, Restore plc (RST) has announced that CFO Neil Ritchie “has notified the board of his intention to step down”. What of this following a “trading update” last month and the shares currently moving down to 267p?

RST

Restore plc – “on track to deliver growth in revenue and operating profits”…but how significantly and what about the bottom-line?

A trading update from company which describes itself as “the UK's leading provider of digital and information management and secure lifecycle services” Restore plc (RST) commences noting “revenue for the first four months at £92.8m, has continued to increase, up c.4% on the prior year” and concludes that it “is on track to deliver growth in revenue and operating profits for the year and achieve a further reduction in debt”. So what of a current share price towards 260p, down more than 11% in response?

Only about 3.5 million files of approximately 6 million Epstein files have been released, and of those released many are heavily redacted by the Trump DOJ in Washington. The answer to your question may be in the redacted and unreleased files. Under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, the DOJ is permitted to suppress explicit abuse materials.

There are more important things to worry about, like gilt yields and whether this country is going bust.If UK PLC was a company,it'd be a good short.

Tom,Re. Georgina: Can you not get hold of the Shire council reports from Aug 29th. and Sept 29th? There might be some indication of the current status in them.I noted that it wasn't just the roadworks that were an issue but they also wanted an airfield with a lighted runway in case of medical emergencies. Maybe a lighted helipad would do; that would be a much cheaper option.
