Describing itself as “a global provider of IoT communication and smart metering solutions”, CyanConnode (CYAN) has announced that “it has now received a formal Letter of Award by the Government of Goa's Electricity Department for this contract, to deploy approximately 750,000 smart meters”. How significant is the news, with the shares currently over 4% higher in response at 8.35p?
Describing itself as “a global provider of IoT communication and smart metering solutions”, CyanConnode (CYAN) two weeks ago issued a “£70m AMISP Milestone Contract”-titled announcement which wasn’t a £70m AMISP milestone contract and I concluded including it has previously been ramptastic here and ahead of its year ended 31st March 2025 results detail to be wary of the attempted ramptastic and continue to avoid. The shares were then 13p and most recently closed at 10.1p, and what about now a “Trading Statement”… and the shares currently falling below 8p?
CyanConnode Holdings (CYAN) has issued a “£70m AMISP Milestone Contract”-titled announcement. So very good news from a current 13p share price, £46.7 million market capitalisation?
Most recently writing on company describing itself as “a world leader in narrowband radio frequency mesh networks” CyanConnode (CYAN), in September I questioned is it funding to further enhance its growth and operational capabilities or mainly to help keep the lights on for a bit longer? It has now announced results for its half-year ended 30th September 2024 including emphasising that its “order book has demonstrated strong growth, more than doubling during this period from 6.3 million units at the start of the year to 13.1 million units… remain confident in meeting market expectations for FY”, but why then a current 9.5% lower share price response to 10.525p?

What of this and a share price currently rising to 9p?
Describing itself as “a global leader in narrowband radio frequency smart mesh networks”, CyanConnode (CYAN) has issued an announcement commencing that it “notes the recent newspaper article in India speculating that IntelliSmart Infrastructure Private Limited, a key partner and customer of the company in India, is considering acquiring a significant stake in CyanConnode's Indian operations” and including that “discussions have been held with various parties, which as a matter of course include its key partners”. So what further on these and a current up to above 8p price for the shares?

It is now over a year ago since I wrote on CyanConnode (CYAN), which describes itself as “a world leader in narrowband radio frequency mesh networks”. I concluded then that, with cash collection and net cash flows very much still to prove, at a 12.75p share price I continued to avoid. So what of now the company’s results for its half-year ended 30th September 2023?
Describing itself as “a world leader in narrowband radio frequency mesh networks”, CyanConnode (CYAN) has issued a trading update and notice of results. So what do these tell us re. a last closing 13.25p share price, £31.9 million market cap?
Describing itself as “a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency Smart Mesh Networks”, CyanConnode (CYAN) has announced it has raised £0.5 million via a share subscription at 12.25p per share – stating “considering these uncertain times, your board felt it prudent to accept the offer, the proceeds of which will be used to bolster working capital”.
Yesterday CyanConnode (CYAN) emphasised a “largest-ever order” but I noted ramptastic over financial detail again. So what of now results for its year ended 31st March 2022?
Describing itself as “a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency Smart Mesh Networks, which are used for machine to machine communication”, CyanConnode (CYAN) has announced a largest-ever order of one million Omnimesh Modules, together with infrastructure, hardware, software, licencing and support. So what of the shares currently responding to 18.5p, more than 25% higher?
Describing itself as “a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency Smart Mesh Networks”, CyanConnode (CYAN) states it “is pleased to provide a trading update for the financial year ended 31 March 2022”. What of the shares currently responding more than 10% higher to 13p?
A “New contract, fundraising and Indian developments”-titled announcement from CyanConnode (CYAN) has currently helped the shares up nearly 15% today to 19.25p. So material news?
Describing itself as “a world leader in narrowband radio frequency smart mesh networks”, CyanConnode (CYAN) has announced new funding which it states “allow us to maintain momentum and win some of the large opportunities being presented to us” – and the shares have currently responded up to 16.5p.
