Churchill China – interims, how much so “stabilised hospitality sales and continued cost control”?…

Most recently on hospitality ceramic products company Churchill China (CHH), on an untimely CFO resignation last month I noted how’s its overall balance sheet flows including, with “energy requirements are significantly hedged for the year”, what about energy costs then? The shares had slipped to 400p and what about they currently further down, at 360p, on first half of 2026 results?

CHH

Churchill China – trading update argues “broadly in line with the prior year”. Er, is it?…

‘Hospitality ceramic products’ company Churchill China (CHH) has issued a “Trading Update” commencing that “as highlighted at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2026, trading performance stabilised following the market declines experienced in 2025, with company sales broadly in line with the prior year”. However, “broadly in line” tends to mean ‘a bit behind but not wanting to admit it’.

CHH

Churchill China – AGM Statement, “remain confident in our long-term outlook” so not in the nearer term outlook then?...

A “manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide” Churchill China (CHH) has issued an “AGM Statement” concluding that it is “proactively managing the factors within our control and remain confident in our long-term outlook”. However, what about the major factors outside of its control currently, with emphasis of “long-term” confidence usually suggesting nearer term concerns?

CHH

Churchill China – “pleased to announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2025”. Er, what about the more than halved share price?…

Describing itself as a “manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide”, Churchill China (CHH) states that it “is pleased to announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2025”. The shares are currently 8% higher to 325p in response, but what about that comparing to a 700p share price at the start of 2025?!

CHH

Churchill China – after interims arguing “performing well within what is currently a difficult trading environment”, how’s the full-year performance?…

Manufacturer of hospitality ceramic products Churchill China (CHH) has issued a ‘trading update’ commencing that it “is pleased to confirm that trading in the second half of the year met its expectations, with turnover for the year at circa £76m and profit before tax expected to be in line with market expectations”. What about then the shares at around 400p compared to 700p at the start of 2025?

CHH

Churchill China – interims arguing “performing well within what is currently a difficult trading environment”, but how well really?…

‘Manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide’ Churchill China (CHH) states that it “is pleased to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025” and that it is “a well invested business in structured markets with a high percentage of our revenue originating from replacement orders at good margins”. So what about a share price, already down from 700p at the start of 2025, currently slightly further down at 425p?

CHH

Churchill China – I having previously questioned how “resilient” is its performance, now it’s “materially below target”…

Most recently writing on hospitality ceramic products company Churchill China (CHH), in April with the shares at 547.5p I noted longer-term recovery potential but that the macroeconomic trade environment suggested headwinds had got worse and so just a watching brief. The shares most recently closed at 575p, though today a “Trading Update” and what of a currently down to 475p share price in response?

CHH

Churchill China – emphasises ‘met expectations’… but only those from November!…

Hospitality ceramic products company Churchill China (CHH) states that it “is pleased to confirm that trading in the final two months of the year met the company and market's expectations and that there is no change to the guidance issued in November 2024”. Hmmm, is no change to guidance issued that recently much of any achievement? And what about guidance from the commencement of the year?

So is there anything actually in the Epstein files implicating Trump directly in wrong doing? Unlike, say, Pres Clinton, No!.

AI Overview:Donald Trump is the most frequently mentioned public figure by raw count in the released Jeffrey Epstein documents, appearing in tens of thousands of references and files (though a large portion of these consist of news articles, media clippings, or press mentions shared or saved within Epstein's records)Trump was also recorded boasting that he was a pussy-grabber in the Access Hollywood tapes.

Why am I surprised at yet another farcical episode on the London market? As Tom has suggested for over 2 years, this stock has clearly always been one for one to add to their bargepole list. While I doubt that anybody reading this website would own GEX shares, unfortunately numerous BB mugs will have been lured into buying shares in this joke company. I understand that the bar for regulatory action by the FCA on Main Market listed shitcos appears to be set extremely high, but surely it should be taking action against companies who engage in such placings. The culture of companies materially misleading investors ahead of placings, while sitting on adverse price sensitive information, must be rooted out if London is to be considered a credible financial centre.

From the January 2026 peak some of my gold and silver stocks are down by up to 50 %.However the intrinsic npv of these Companies at much lower gold and silver prices leaves these mines at a huge discount based on the current sp.I remember being in cey in 2008 when the price tanked but I stayed in because the gold had not gone away….

You have just shown yourself to be needing as much psychiatric treatment as PM with that diatribe. I am no fan of Trump by nobody of sound mind carries those thoughts at the front of their mind.I doubt you know anything about the Epstein files and with Trump being as litigious as he is you could be in bother with defamatory comments like that.

Surely one is always underwater when buying shares because of the spread? Maybe the spread is greater for an AQSE stock than a FTSE 100 stock but you'll always be slightly under water, hopefully just short term.
