Interior decorations group Colefax (CFX) has issued a trading update including that “trading in the group’s core Fabric Division has been ahead of expectations… as a result, the group expects profit before tax for the year ended 30 April 2026 to be not less than £10.5 million”. How good is this news from the valuation at a share price currently up to 1350p?
Interior decorations group Colefax (CFX) has issued an “AGM Statement” commencing that in its “core Fabric Division, sales for the 19 weeks to 12 September 2025 were up by 7.8% and up by 10.3% on a constant currency basis” and concluding that it is “expecting the current year performance to be in line with expectations”. So what about a share price slightly down at 840p, and also having been above 870p earlier this year?
