Coral Products – more trading chaos and also management chaos…

Previously on plastic products company Coral Products (CRU), in April with the shares falling below 6p I wrote ‘12:20pm profit warning, just when did ‘adversely affected by established and new contracts timing’ become clear to management?!’. Earlier this week there was a 2:59pm announcement that “Robert David has resigned as Group Operations Director” and today a 12:41pm “Board Changes and Further Trading Update” announcement. Unlikely to be good news then!…

CRU

Coral Products – full-year results emphasise now “trading ahead of expectations”, but why no details of that?

Plastic products company Coral Products (CRU) has announced results for its year ended 30th April 2025 including emphasising “excellent operational and commercial progress made… the results for the first five months of this year are encouraging, trading ahead of expectations”. How is that relative to a currently more than 12% higher share price in response at 9.25p?

CRU

Coral Products – “Property Sales and Insurance Claim Settlement”, why’s it been half-year results that dare not speak their name?

Designer, manufacturer and supplier of plastic products Coral Products (CRU) has issued a “Property Sales and Insurance Claim Settlement” announcement including “the outcome being a material improvement to our working capital and balance sheet and to the overall financial resilience of the group. Together with the cost efficiencies we continue to target, we are in a much stronger position as we enter 2025”. What about this and a current share price response 16% higher to 7.25p?

CRU

Coral Products – full-year results, currently “an overall negative margin mix”

Most recently writing on plastic products company Coral Products (CRU), in June with the shares at 13p I concluded that I look for balance sheet and further trading performance comfort before reconsidering from avoid. What now of results for the company’s year ended 30th April 2024? – and the shares currently a further approaching 9% lower at 10.25p in response?

CRU

Coral Products – “in line with recent market expectations”, but how creditable is that?…

Plastic products company Coral Products (CRU) has announced trading “in line with recent market expectations” and “intention to reinstate an interim FY24 dividend of 0.25 pence to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 July 2024 and to be paid on 23 August 2024. In addition, a final dividend will be proposed”. So what of the shares still down from approaching 18p as recently as January to a current 13p?

CRU

Coral Products – full-year results, remains a value Buy

Designer, manufacturer and supplier of plastic products Coral Products (CRU) has announced results for its year ended 30th April 2023 and that, whilst it is mindful of macroeconomic and geopolitical risks, it remains confident about the current prospects for the business. So what of a share price currently slightly up to 16.5p?

CRU

Coral Products – positive full-year trading statement, Buy

Plastic products designer, manufacturer and supplier Coral Products (CRU) has issued a trading statement including that unaudited management accounts indicate its year ended 30th April 2023 revenue and adjusted EBITDA are ahead of market expectations and that it “maintains a robustly healthy balance sheet with cash and cash equivalents of circa £5 million”. How positive is this from a current 16.5p offer price, £14.9 million market cap?

The Red Cross suggests that Gaza and its population may not be dead but are living in desperate conditions with precious little access to sanitation, medical care, accommodation or nutrition. It isn’t like that in Israel. It’s desperately sad for all concerned and that includes the poor Israeli army conscripts.

LSE doesn’t seem to have been a fabulous investment over the past 5 years. It has a low dividend and started 2021 roughly where it is now.

Standard practice. Scotgold auctioned off gold coins struck from their first pour with a local laddie paying £20k for one. They also sold Scottish gold to local jewellers. And almost all the local community bought shares in the mine. They still went bust a year later.

There is no doubt that Israel is a genocidal , ethnic cleansing , extreme right apartheid state .The states formation stemmed from Zionist terrorism in the early 20th century. You conflate Israel Zionist extremism with the views of all Jews . Israeli Zionists have and are committing genocide and ethnic cleansing and their leaders have openly stated that as their aims . Jews world wide are not all Zionists and clearly are not all committing genocide or enabling it . It is an Israel specific problem . It is notable that Israeli Zionists have killed 70,000 Palestinians since OCT 7th . More notable is that Israeli Zionists have killed more Palestinians ( 1500) since the current cease fire came into effect than the number of actual victims of the Oct 7th attacks .
