Indigo Capital death spiral and BSF: chance of a TR1? Cue mentions of West Ham and Cheryl Cole

According to an RNS today, dodgy death spiral provider Indigo Capital is now the owner of 10 million new shares in Frankenstein meat company BSF Enterprise (BSFA) following the conversion of £100,283 of loan notes. That is just under 5% of the equity so a TR1 is being prepared. Bollocks there is. There is more chance of me shagging Cheryl Cole & West Ham winning both the Championship and the FA Cup this season than of that. For, as of today, I suggest, Indigo owns no shares.

BSF Enterprise – letter to FCA, lies, missing and delayed TR1s

Frankenstein Meat company BSF Enterprise (BSFA) will either see its shares suspended by the FCA or will go to zero as it runs out of cash. Either way it is a stock for financial masochists but after weekend exposes on this website I have written to my contact at  the FCA which should be pouncing.

BSFA

BREAKING EXPOSE: Frankenstein Meat, Frankenstein Placings: BSF Questions, Questions, Lies, lies….And An Obvious Conclusion

We have covered the mysterious share issuances at BSF Enterprise (BSFA) extensively and we know that the FCA has been taking a look. Apart from the recent death spiral, there was the curious placing of shares to a single strategic investor on April 2nd……which resulted in no TR-1s being issues. Like London busses, none for ages and then yesterday came two. So the fog has cleared? Er….no!

BSFA

Letter to the FCA: Two more investigations into BSF Enterprise needed

The FCA should be all over this company after the aborted Josh Barsch fake news placing and then the John Story lack of TR1 market abuse scandal, both exposed on this fine website. The FCA has confirmed to me that is looking into the Story affair. But the past two days should prompt two more enquiries. I have written to my contact at the FCA

BSFA

BSF Enterprise – another shameless pump and dump, if this was not forward selling I am a banana: where the hell is the FCA?

Yesterday, BSF Enterprise (BSFA) the Frankenstein meat company that allows John Story and others to engage in market abuse to get placings away attempted to counter scientific journals calling out its T-Rex handbag claims as bogus with its own “white paper.” As I explained in yesterday's bearcast what it stated was thoroughly misleading – there is more DNA related to a T Rex at your local KFC than in the company’s tacky handbag.

BSF Enterprise: “ Been directed to X where Tom Winnifrith is making false statements” as AI serves up a lie

Of course I am not. Unless you think that being a Hitler worshipping blood libel spewing moron is somehow not anti semitic. But that is the charge made against me on the LSE Asylum by a clown called JungleVIP. The thread is , in a sad way, an amusing one in the sad way that Georgians used to go and enjoy the spectacle of lunatics dribbling and ranting at Bedlam. But it shows exactly where the lack of TR1 and the consequent market abuse scandal, flagged up by myself in articles JungleVIP has not read, is so important.

BSFA

BSF Enterprise & the Hitler worshipper who thinks I'm a dirty Jew

This is just so 2026. Yesterday I posted a very reasonable, fact based, article on why Frankenstein meat company BSF Enterprise (BSFA) is in all sorts of bother with the FCA over a lack of TR1 and possible market abuse HERE. And I sent out a note and a link on X.  Someone reacted. Well I guess Hitler was a vegetarian and so might have liked the work of BSF Enterprise. But even so...

BSFA

Letter to the FCA: Its been a month FFS, time to investigate John Story and BSF Enterprise

I have checked my calendar and it is now exactly one month since BSF Enterprise (BSFA) announced that the so called strategic investor had dumped most of his shares after less than a fortnight onto disgraced John Story and that Story, who was also described as a strategic investor, would be issuing a TR1 “in due course following settlement” I believe that RNS was tantamount to market abuse and have again written to my contact at the FCA

Nurse more meds for the patient with Amaroq Derangement Syndrome.I am not ramping a dividend just saying Id like one.The thins are always narrow but high grade and with a drilled resource of ,more than 500,000 oz on which there is consistent data your claims just do not bear any scrutiny at all

The cynic in me says it is premature to ramp a divi when you haven't seen the FY figures. Mining isn't easy, especially in Greenland, and while they have doubtless polished every turd for the move to the main market, I fancy a few problems may now arise. I also suspect they may now have to contend with tougher ground and a thinner seam if they took the low-hanging fruit first.

as you know I rarely drink. . badly phrased. im trying to say the cash that Amaroq will have to sit on, spend on capex, exploration dividends etc will come from profits it makes after tax which are its retained earnings

Schoolboy howler alert, “the cash comes out of retained earnings”? No it doesnt. You were doing so well up to that point. You sound as though you have been drinking which may be the reason, but as you well know, cash and earnings/profits have nothing to do with each other. Say ten Hail Marys.

Mcap £12M largely underpinned by £9.6M receivable from Recyclus. Or it was until 0700 this morning. What is MNTL left with if Recyclus does go bust / into new hands via liquidation? The largely paper acquisition announced 30 September, and...... er, that's it.That external funder can set whatever terms it likes for the D4E. MNTL either accepts those terms or the funder has the 9 o'clock appointment with the liquidator and can pay its fees and pennies in the pound to the secured creditors, and the liquidator will be duty bound to accept a quick and dirty sale to preserve the jobs.

amount owed to taxman rose from 319k at 30/6/24 to 861 a year later. Given how it has now defaulted on payment plan I think my guess that it is a 7 figure sum is an educated onei agree suspension is subjective. But TM1 would not itself go bust if recyclus did so it is not a pending clarification of ITS final position time yet.

MNTL puts out a RNS using the Adam Reynolds keyboard which you think covers an outstanding winding up petition for "a seven figure sum" (your guess) that it can give no certainty it will see off via an external funder.... and yet you don't believe the shares should be suspended pending clarification of the company's financial position?Whatever you say. You've called for suspension elsewhere over much less.
