Frankenstein Meat company BSF Enterprise (BSFA) will either see its shares suspended by the FCA or will go to zero as it runs out of cash. Either way it is a stock for financial masochists but after weekend exposes on this website I have written to my contact at the FCA which should be pouncing.
Re BSF Enterprise. Missing TR1s, suppressed TR1s & lies

Yes it is Standard Listed Frankenstein meat company BSF Enterprise again. On Friday it published two TR1 which it had been sitting on for more than three months. They show that the claim that its April 2 placing was with a “single strategic investor” was a lie. And since in the intervening three and a half months there has been a placing that matters.
We still do not know the ultimate identity of the "strategic investor" but I bet it was Josh Barsch.
There are still missing TR1s relating to that placing and to the supposed John Story investment where a TR1 was explicitly promised on April 13. I believe Mr. Story has, in fact, sold all his shares months ago.
The recent developments in the scandal are explained in full HERE & HERE But it is clear that there is flagrant lying and rule breaking which is surely what the FCA is there to investigate?
