Despite the green fuckers at BP I am up 25% on my punt so far and thats without taking account for the qukwartly dividends, another one coming up ex div 11 Nov. On the other hand I am 47% down on the piece of dung that is Kefi, no point selling at this level but I might sell BP if it gets much over 6 pound in the run up to ex div.
If we could somehow cancel all the green nonsense and the DEI nonsense, we would not only be richer but happy again. I despair of it. Why am I paying broadcasters and producers to hire sub-par talent just because they are black or Irish or homosexual or transgender or deaf or blind or missing a limb? How much more do I have to pay in order to see the most able and talented of performers? Can I get a refund for all the woke programmes I am forced to switch off? If I see/hear Rosie Jones one more time, I will jump off a bridge.
I used to be a shareholder, but got out years ago, worried that concert parties were acting against the interests of smaller shareholders, especially recently when several of them have increased their stakes in spite of the downside risks of the company going private. For years, results appeared dreadful. That was until EMAN announced on 16/6/2026 that it may go private. Awkwardly for the company, it also had to announce the best set for figures for many a year. To hoodwink the smaller investor, it downplayed expectations into the future, just as it has done today. The Board are a bunch of liars who probably stand to make a fortune, by taking the company private and selling it at a future date, because EMAN has always been a business with good potential. It's such a shame the small shareholder will not benefit, after years of hoping for better times.
I assumed the Brown’s mentioned was the rather staid Mayfair hotel.Which as it happens has a suite named after a very distant relative of mine. Gave me a pleasant surprise when I clicked the link. Anyone who hasn’t had a look I highly recommend it. You might want to make sure ‘’the wife”, isn’t looking over your shoulder. Luckily I had my blood pressure checked yesterday.
