I see today's RNS that Probiotix's auditors Gerald Edelman have resigned and PKF Littlejohn have been appointed. I assume this is a positive development?
The gap between the interest rates being charged by Bond holders and the rate the Fed rate suggests there is still upward pressure on Us interest rates. On the other hand if the statistics suggest the us economy is slowing down keep building the authorities will have to reach for the printing press.Trumps continuing war in Iran is clearly a major factor .
Those accounts are... weird.UK GAAP has always mandated a minimum of netting off.A "negative creditor" is definitely a debtor - and if it is a loan to a participator (director) it is very tax INefficient. S.455 CTA 2010 means a charge of 33.75% while the loan remains outstanding, and an annual benefit in kind charge if not at commercial interest rates.I might ask my friends at Companies House to take a look. HMRC may also be interested, but the sums involved are relatively small. But I agree, it is the principle and shows untrustworthiness.
Thank you NigelThe US poor jobs numbers in conjunction with the previous 2 months numbers being revised down suggests that we have reached the top of the interest rate cycle. Gold does usually go up over the Christmas period which is promising too. I’m hopeful!!
more confident than ever in my buy. My sell is a con run by proven scumbags. That sort of company can soar for a while but will end in tears in the end. just a matter of when
13th in the best buy table with NESF down 2.1p. Though I would point out the 5.99p dividend paid so far this year with a further 1p to 2p to come from the final dividend. The buy table has some tough numbers. As a Kefi holder I hope to see it climb the table. Though maybe it will be the best buy for next year.
