Yesterday afternoon, W Resources (WRES) announced its latest placement. As far as placements go, this looks a like a reasonable enough one and might present a possible buying opportunity in the stock.

The chairman bought 22.5 million shares in the placing and owns 35% of the rather large number of shares in issue . This lot cost him £180, 000 . That is what you call having skin in the game. Should do well from here I would have thought.

Ben,
Absolutely agree with Wildres – Why no mention of the top guy’s £180k pension investment as part of the placing – glaring ommission, surely that is pretty fundamental news to report in any article about the placing?
Your previous article on WRES said there was a £1.25m Feasibility Study underway when there isn’t.
