Great analysis!
I reckon you’ve got this one, dead right, Steve!
The very fact that Plus500 board are recommending this offer, speaks volumes! From nearly £8 quid to an offer of halve that….. and its recommended!!!!!! Skeletons in cupboards come to mind!
I’ve sold my holding in Playtech today. This deal has the smell of Quindell/Slater Gordon about it! I reckon if this offer goes through the board and shareholders of Plus500 have just gotten given a ‘get out of jail’ card, a la mode Quindell!

Or alternatively Alcira, that the shares like QPP had been cynically driven down for short-term
TW Note - even AFTER the PWC report into accountong practises it said were bogus, Filthy believes QPP was kosher. amazingprofits by hedge funds with assistance from certain commentators! And that QPP and Plus have been snapped up as undervalued bargains by predators?
I don’t know anything about Plus500, but that in my view is what happened at Quindell.

It looks like it wasn’t only Odey who saw value in Plus500. Teddy Sagi is an entrepreneur who is not known for poor judgement, and unlikely to have made this offer if the issues surrounding this company were insurmountable.

Likewise, Slater Gordon recognised a bargain when they saw one re: Quindell PSD.
