Previously on plastic products company Coral Products (CRU), in April with the shares falling below 6p I wrote ‘12:20pm profit warning, just when did ‘adversely affected by established and new contracts timing’ become clear to management?!’. Earlier this week there was a 2:59pm announcement that “Robert David has resigned as Group Operations Director” and today a 12:41pm “Board Changes and Further Trading Update” announcement. Unlikely to be good news then!…
