Insig AI – “delighted to have secured a further new client, in particular from a leading international law firm”, but attempted ramptastic?

Insig AI (INSG) has issued a “New client win: new vertical market breakthrough”-titled announcement including CEO Richard Bernstein emphasising that this “demonstrates our ability to sell our Generative Intelligence Engine into new verticals, allowing scope for further revenue growth from this channel. We see the enormous commercial benefit of our technology. It is pleasing to see a leading law firm embracing it”. What’s the detail of this agreement and what about a share price currently above 5.5% higher at 28.5p in response?

INSG

Insig AI – full-year results, contrary to the CEO its success still a matter of ‘if’ not ‘when’?

Insig AI (INSG) states that it “is pleased to announce its results for the year ended 31 March 2024”, with CEO Richard Bernstein emphasising “after a two year wait, we finally have visibility of regulatory tailwinds that should represent the compelling event in the nascent market of non-financial corporate disclosures… Alongside our capabilities to structure data for clients to utilise AI, with improved execution… I regard our success as a matter of not if but when”. What about those relative to a share price down from 25p a year ago to below 14p?

INSG

Insig AI – argues “laser focused” on converting its capabilities, but follows with vast share options grants!

Previously writing on “data science and machine learning” company Insig AI (INSG), in April with the shares at 17.5p I concluded suggesting forget meaningful “investment into sales and marketing”, a “equity funding facility” is to fund ongoing cash burn…and for how long?. What of now “Equity Subscription” and subsequent “Grant of options” announcements from the company?

INSG

Insig AI – grateful for gifted back shares, but just how tight is cash currently here?

Data science and machine learning for the asset management industry company Insig AI (INSG) has announced, following the recent publication of its half-year results to 30th September 2022, that its founders have gifted back shares which are expected to “predominately be issued to third parties or partners who are expected to help generate revenues, or add long term value to the business, but also to employees and other stakeholders as payments or bonuses in lieu of cash”. So what to make of this and a current 16p share price?

INSG

Insig AI – “pleased to announce” interim results, should it be?

“Data science and machine learning solutions company serving the asset management industry”, Insig AI (INSG) states that it “is pleased to announce its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 and to provide an update on the company's progress post the half year end”. So what of a share price response currently approaching 3% lower to 16.5p?

INSG

Insig AI – “New Contract Win”, ramptastic?

A “New Contract Win” announcement from Insig AI (INSG), commencing that it “is pleased to announce that a London based alternative investment manager with in excess of $1 billion of assets under management has signed a consultancy agreement that will draw on Insig AI's fintech data science capabilities”. Sounds good, and what of a share price response currently up to 18.25p?

INSG

Insig AI – strategy shift “having now achieved critical mass”… or due to funding pressures and target market uncertainty?

Previously writing on “data science and machine learning company” Insig AI (INSG), in August with the shares at 22p I noted that, despite being down from above 40p when I previously wrote, with further access to finance looking to be required still avoid / sell. So what now on the back of a “Trading update” – and the shares currently further down to 18p, a £19 million market cap?

INSG

Insig AI – further convertible loan facilities drawdowns, what next?

’Data science and machine learning’ company Insig AI (INSG) has announced “a fourth tranche of £160,000 was drawn down on the convertible loan facility provided by Richard Bernstein… a third tranche of £80,000 was also drawn down on the same day, on the convertible loan facility provided by David Kyte”. So what’s the overall situation here now, with the shares currently at 22p?

INSG

Insig AI – data and research agreement, what about the share price response?...

“Data science and machine learning solutions company” Insig AI (INSG) “is pleased to announce that it has signed a data partnership and research agreement with Blurred Global - a strategy advisor on ESG positioning and corporate communications… that work with FTSE 350 corporations”. So what of a current more than 5% share price rise to above 40p?...

Only about 3.5 million files of approximately 6 million Epstein files have been released, and of those released many are heavily redacted by the Trump DOJ in Washington. The answer to your question may be in the redacted and unreleased files. Under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, the DOJ is permitted to suppress explicit abuse materials.
