Just over a week ago we wrote on software and services provider to the international education market group Tribal (TRB) that its interims suggested the shares were a “comfortably in line with current market expectations” Buy from a 63p share price. That followed an initial tip just over a year ago at a 61.5p offer price and there’s now a “Proposed Acquisition by Main Capital Partners” announcement.

‘Software services to the international education market’ group Tribal (TRB) has issued a trading update including first-half “Annual Recurring Revenue… increased by 9.7% to £66.5m… Net cash improved to £0.6m (30 June 2025: net debt of £3.9m), after payment of £6m in dividends in the period, with the improved position reflecting the group’s continuing focus on cost control and operational efficiency”. How encouraging is this relative to a 64p share price, £137 million market cap, valuation?
