Quantum Data Energy - why are its shares still suspended?

Quantum Data Energy (QDE) shares were suspended with effect from 1 May 2026 for its failure to publish its audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 by the 30 April 2026 deadline.  The cause of the delay in the publication of the audited accounts was triggered by the unprecedented resignation of Crowe UK on 28 April 2026 in respect of inadequate explanation and documentation received in respect of two transactions connected with Quantum’s £5 million fake news scam fundraise and possible or actual breaches of laws and regulations in relation to those transactions.

QDE

Quantum Data Energy - when will the shares be restored to trading?

On 5 August 2026, Quantum Data Energy (QDE) stated that following the much delayed publication of its results for the year ended 31 December 2025 that it was in the process of applying to the Financial Conduct Authority to restore its shares to trading, yet they remain suspended.

Quantum Data Energy Accounts Out: Just not good enough, Parker Russell should be ashamed

The annual report is finally out and the shares should be unsuspended soon. Let’s start with the key financials. Both auditors and management cite a material uncertainty over going concern so a fund raise is a nailed on certainty. Quantum Data Energy (QDE) is running on vapours. But there is a bigger issue. A massive one which makes this wholly uninvestable.

Quantum Data Energy and its new auditor’s challenge

Following Crowe’s sudden and unexpected resignation on 28 April 2026, Quantum Data Energy (QDE) has appointed the tiny firm of Parker Russell as auditors with Jason Parker, the CEO and Managing Partner of the firm being the responsible individual i.e. the person signing the audit opinion.

Quantum Data Energy appoints tinpot auditor to take over from Crowe LLP

Quantum Data Energy (QDE) has announced that its new audit firm replacing Crowe LLP is Parker Russell UK LLP.  Crowe resigned unexpectedly according to Quantum just two days before the audit sign off meaning that it missed the four month deadline to publish their audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025. Hence its shares are suspended.

QDE

Quantum Data Energy might have a new auditor appointment but why is Crowe LLP’s auditor resignation letter still not public?

On 21 May Quantum (QDE) published an update on replacing its previous auditor, Crowe LLP which resigned on 28 April 2026, two days before the deadline for the publication of its annual for the year ended 31 December 2025.  At that time Quantum which is a Public Interest Entity by virtue of its Main Market listing published the following commentary:

Ouzo Time at Sheriff Towers: Quantum Data Energy – auditor walks at last minute: timber!

I have not held back in my criticism of Quantum Data Energy (QDE), formerly Mast Energy. Indeed I tipped off crazy Meg Short from Bloomberg that she should be investigating it and the Josh Barsch fake news scam but she was too busy taking dictation from Seth Freedman, the man Harvey Weinstein paid to harass the women he raped, to do real journalism. Today Quantum’s auditor Crowe LLP , has resigned on the spot just hours before it was meant to sign off of calendar 2025 results. Quantum is screwed.

This country is a total dump from top to bottom. Where the illegals are concerned, especially so. Of course, it's not them personally but the stinking governments we've put up with here from all shapes and colours over the years. If ever there was a case for radical reform of everything here, the plumbing story you highlighted is it. Add that to the ease of shysters, malingerers and general lazy bastards to loaf around of benefits at will, and little wonder that decent people are in total despair.

This generation of girls have been taught at school that men are sexist, misogynistic pigs if they don't think and act like progressive women. So even ignoring that Miss Sweeney is MAGA, better looking, smarter and more successful than them, their main issue with her is that she reminds men who they actually are.

Ask your daughter what she thinks of Nike. Bet all the advertising with a bunch of fat birds and "plus sized" mannequins in the shop haven't made a blind bit of difference and they will be considered to be filthy capitalist swine.Hence the "go woke, go broke" phenomenon where companies alienate many of their customers while the people who don't really understand about why they think how they do, aren't about to start thinking any differently. The share price performance of Nike tells the story.

There's one overriding reason that most women don't like Sydney Sweeney and that is plain, old-fashioned jealousy. They can dress it up in any way that they like but it is still jealousy.I note that it is predominantly left-leaning women that make all the noise; the more right-leaning (on social media) tend to just say good luck to her.
