Rob Terry you are a liar, a fraudster and now I also accuse you of insider dealing. I shall not rest until you go to prison you low life vermin criminal. For today we discovered that you and your FD Laurence Moorse and NED Steve Scott sold vast numbers of Quindell shares while withholding price sensitive information – that Canaccord, your joint broker and sponsor of your failed main market listing application had quit.

Note that the GECR report was issued on 29 October 2014. As it says on the GECR report “This publication has been commissioned by the company to which this research relates.” So Quenron shareholders paid for the report to help push up the share price during this period??

Suspect what we will find written on Robert Terry’s business epitaph will be…..
“ I UNDER-ESTIMATED TOM WINNIFRITH!”
I just hope that as the story reaches its finale and the Fleet Street big boys climb on the bandwagon, they have the decency to give full credit for all the hard work, determination and downright guts, Tom has displayed in unmasking this abortion of a business!
Tom fully deserves recognition for a piece of outstanding financial investigative journalism!

Congratulations to TW – looks like this years harvest will be a big one!

As we are a Resource investment Company Quindell is not exactly on my path but Surely out of respect for their shareholders Quindell should ask to be suspended and do a full review of the accounts and correct any issues and respond to the points raised by Tom Winnifrith (a respected journalist) and others in the industry.
As in life it’s best to get all the bad news out and move on from their…..

Just got a message from Spreadex saying they are closing QPP shorts today as there are no underlying borrows available. Looks like the short ratio has hit 100% for now.

Cnkos directors most likely in an emergency board meeting now, especially as their share price is tanking. I’d bet my whole portfolio on Cnkos either resigning or suspending the shares by this afternoon. But never mind Cenkos. They are not QPP’s auditors. KPMG are. And the London Stock xchange also thoroughly vetted QPP in April/May for admission to the main market. Cenkos probably followed their lead. KPMG and LSE have a lot of questions to answer

Cannacord issued a “buy” reiteration on 21 October – target price 362p and then quit on same day !!!!

You may have missed the recent news that 4 people have been arrested as part of the investigation into the fraud surrounding Rangers PLC. The arrests include administrators Duff & Phelps, a lawyer, and an arrest warrant out for the ex-CEO Craig Whyte (all details available online).
The Rangers fiasco is a veritable ant compared to the elephant of Quindell so I wonder how long it will take for the authorities to get their act together. My guess would be a couple of years to build a case, whaddya reckon?

Why do you let TW spout this rubbish on your website. It would be amusing if it wasn’t so sad for genuine QPP shareholders and employees.

As it’s not clear as to whether anyone has yet formally reported the Quenron situation to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, I have now done so via their website
