Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
As you might imagine I am on a bit of a high. The writers on this website have done a sterling job in starting to drag the truth out of Quenron (QPP) and the liar and fraudster Rob Terry and his half witted Nomads at Cenkos. Today's statement is a disaster for Quindell and its shares have tanked. But as I explain in this podcast we still only have half the truth about Terry and his share dumping. Worse is to come.

Hi Tom,
I am a beginner at this and it all seems quite complex – but surely if the share price went down (after EF sold the shares) they could buy them back at a lower price in 2 years and hand them back??. Maybe you could clarify/pod cast some more info on the possible scenarios / outcomes etc.

Hard hitting concise documentary! Final nails hammered into the coffin of the lie that is Quindell!
Congratulation’s Tom and all the other honest financial commentators on getting this dead right! Fantastic job!
And as this battle draws to a close another starts!
This wholesale misleading of private investors by directors ( some reports suggest even FTSE100/250 directors, have been at it, too) of public limited companies, using dubious financial instruments, such as provided by Equities First, must be fully investigated, in my opinion.
Seems like you have uncovered a whole new can of worms, Tom! Not the time to hang up the holsters, just yet!

Great work Tom. If and when I’m next down in London I will buy YOU a pizza. Great entertainment notwithstanding the fact that private shareholders have been fleeced.
Can’t wait for the next expose

No..no. YOU have it all wrong. The genius behind the quindellecho has reassured us that everything’s just fine.

There’s drinking the Kool-Aid and then there’s this. It’s just astoundingly dangerous. Shocking.

Quindell is definitely being punished again for being opaque/too clever in it’s announcements. The believers still think that fundamentals will pull them through. I doubt this, for 2 reasons. First, the bulk of Quindell’s earnings come from UK Motor Claims – but this gravy train is getting smaller very quickly (PI referral ban, reduced portal fees etc.) which is why I suspect there was the sudden interest in NIHL claims. Second, telematics technology has been around for a good 15 years – the most remarkable thing is how it has not managed to take off anywhere except a few small niches and volumes of fitted boxes remain small. It’s been the next big thing for over a decade now – except it never is.
Ho hum. Time will tell.

Despite the hoohah can’t help think Rob Terry’s won here.
He’s made £5.975 million quid in the past week and even if the rest of his holding are sold at par value that’s another £5.67 million to come. He’s made enough for him and his next 2 generations.
