Breaking news and expert analysis on fast-moving AIM and LSE listed shares

Surely if you are having friendly and intimate chats with the Aim Regulatory Body and during the coarse of such chats they are updating you on their alleged investigation into Qpp then this information can quite plainly be used to abuse the market? If your statement is true and that they are releasing what I deem to be confidential information then serious questions need to be answered
Considering this is mainly a shorting bog then I would have to assume that this as already taken place on numerous occasions, financially benefiting those in the know.
I too am now in touch with the relevant authorities and have included links to and copies of what I believe to be instances of market abuse, deliberate misinformation and a concerted effort to manipulate the share price of Qpp
I will of course update the blog on their reply

Tom, my 2 points just don’t tally up with what you’re suggesting has happens, appreciate your view on both
1. If EHL are selling the transferred shares they received, in the open market, and if I buy a chuck of them, then I will have voting rights attached to those shares, as will all shareholders buying shares in open market, but RNS says they’re contractually prohibited from voting the transferred shares, so how is it possible for EHL to sell and still adhere to their contractual arrangement?
2. The share register will show RT as owning 46,650,000 shares, even though some have been transferred to EHL, RT still owns them. Worth noting because their transferred and not sold to EHL there is no need for an RNS stating a reduction in change of Director holding.
So if EHL now start selling those shares in the open market and again assume I buy some my name will appear on the share register so in effect the same shares are recorded as being owned by RT and myself. How is that possible?

Well done Tom, Keep up the good work and I hope you do not mention any more shares I own (DS) after selling fitbug at a massive profit and buying a load of AIM stocks. I believe their is a load of dogs with fleas on AIM and I cannot wait for the next one with a bounty on its head to be hung out to dry Lol.:)( Just hope its none I bought this week) Well done my mate and all my best.:)
