Gold closed the week at $4,042 – down from $4,052 last week but still essentially going nowhere. It is very frustrating as a Gold mega-bull but if I’ve learnt anything over the past decade or so it is that one has to be patient. Gold stocks also had a poor week but continue to hold above the low point of the current correction, as can be seen on the chart below (courtesy of ADVFN) of Gold against its mining ETFs GDX, GDXJ and GOEX.
