Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
In my previous article, I revealed that a large buyer into the recent Nuburu (BURU) fund raise was John M Fife, a SEC slated death spiral provider. It gets worse, on Friday a new filing stated that Esousa Group Holdings LLC and Micheal Wachs owned 45,339,650 shares representing a 9.9% stake. Esousa is registered in New York so is probably the New York investor cited by Nuburu in its Press Release announcing the investment. I note that Esousa has invested in previous Nuburu funding rounds and then sold out completely, a wise move given Nuburu share trajectory. Esousa is an active investor in the small cap market space using highly structure alternative financing strategies.
