Alessandro Zamboni’s Nuburu Inc (US:BURU) is struggling to keep its share price above the American Stock Exchange delisting floor of $0.1, with its shares closing on Friday at $0.1252. This follows a previous trading halt in February 2026. At that time Nuburu executed a 4.99 reverse stock split or consolidation as we call in it in the UK, which was effective on 1 March 2026. This increased the share price but the constant issuance of shares has seen the price dropping. Nuburu can’t perform another reverse split until 2 years after its last 40 for 1 split on 10 July 2024 because the American Stcok Exchange doesn’t allow for more than a 200 for 1 reverse split within a 2-year period.
