Notes from Underground – Most read articles for the week ending March 14

The most read, non-Tom, article last week was The View From The Montana Log-Cabin As Gold Consolidates Above $5,000 by Nigel Somerville at number 12 or number 20 including Bearcasts.

Most Read

  1. BREAKING EXPOSE: Nigel Farage gets into bed with Kwasi Kwarteng on a PLC bitcoin grift - Reform voting idiots will get their financial trousers taken down as they follow their leader

It is one of those days when you despair for the entire political class. Nigel Farage claims to be economically sound but has just got into bed with the UK’s worst ever chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng and has paid more than £200,000 to invest in bitcoin at a 56% premium to fair value. Now his moronic followers in Reform UK are piling in and paying more than twice fair value. Follow your leader and get your financial trousers taken down.

  2. Kefi Gold & Copper – “Tulu Kapi Update”, Harry Adams to eventually take the ‘victory’ on offer!

A latest “Tulu Kapi Update” announcement from Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) sees Executive Chairman Harry Adams and co. still seemingly trying to manage ‘defeat’ despite being so close to ‘victory’. The shares have currently responded down a bit over 3% to 1.55p but the positives in the announcement suggest that ‘victory’ will be secured (er, quite soon)…

  3. Update on the Nick Leeson, Seth Freedman, Paul Mathieson criminal conspiracy involving Bloomberg – speaking to the Police here in Wrexham

I am now advised that the plot by Nick Leeson, Seth Freedman, and Paul Mathieson to “destroy” me to protect the Amazing AU (AAI) fraud was not only harassment but an actual criminal conspiracy.

  4. BREAKING: £35 million Valereum and the ponzi fraud sins of the Fathers, surely shares must be suspended

I have long warned that the supposed $200 million investment to obtain 49.9% of Valereum (VLRM) a worthless crypto play with a business model so convoluted and complex that even Nobel prize winners would not understand it, looked to good to be true. Now I want to tell you about an SEC convicted ponzi fraudster and an address in Nassau in the Bahamas. This stock should be suspended PDQ

  5. BREAKING: Winnileaks Special: Nick Leeson’s invoice for his work on a criminal conspiracy and harassment for a fraudster – I wonder if the Irish taxman is interested?

There are some out there who appear to doubt the veracity of the WhatsApp group “TWProject” which detailed how thugs Nick Leeson of Barings infamy and Harvey Weinstein’spaid goon Seth Freedman were each paid fifteen grand to harass, intimidate and, c/o Bloomberg reporters Will Shaw and Meg Short, to smear me on behalf of the Amazing AI fraud which I was exposing. Thanks to Winnileaks I can put your minds to rest as you can see below.

  6. BREAKING: Richard Jennings sues Bluebird Mining Ventures Sath Ganesarajah for half a Bernie, court papers suggest Sath was insider dealing

Picking a fight with the man who revels in being the most hated man in the City, after me, Richard “nobody likes me but I don’t care” Jennings, is not a smart move. But Court papers that have just been issued show that Bluebird Mining Ventures (BMV) CEO Sath Ganesarajah has done just that. And it is worse.

  7. Another one of the City boardroom collaborators in the Nick Leeson & Seth Freedman conspiracy – Rodger Sargent

In their attempts to earn fifteen grand each for destroying me with smears and harassment, rapist Harvey Weinstein’s bully boy Seth Freedman and Barings destroyer Nick Leeson tried to introduce Bloomberg reporter “crazy” Meg Short to a numberof small cap and AIM CEOs who would say how my “hurty words” and supposed assistance to the shorting gangs had destroyed their Great British Companies. One such fellow was Neill Ricketts but he’s not the biggest scallywag involved.

  8. Modest Harry Adams of Kefi a self styled "visionary pioneer”

Harry Adams has not posted on LinkedIn for more than a year but I see that our great leader at Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) has just piped up stating

  9. Sharesoc calls for FCA Enquiry into the Nick Leeson & Seth Freedman harassment of Tom Winnifrith using Bloomberg patsies and other means

At last someone has stuck their head above the parapet. While the Fleet Street pussies fail to acknowledge the gravity of the situation, Sharesoc, a group representing retail investors, has called for the FCA to investigate the affair because it appears to reveal not only a threat to the press but illegal share trading involving Paul Mathieson. I think that threatening a free press and to destroy a journalist, the role of Bloomberg in this conspiracy and the evidence of Police incompetence regarding prior harassment which saw direct threats made against me and my family home are bigger issues than a few illegal share trades. But we all have our priorities and all support is welcome.

  10. Writing again to Laura Zelenko at Bloomberg about its role in the criminal conspiracy to destroy me and my business

It is now six days since I exposed the criminal conspiracy to destroy and harass me, funded by fraud Amazing AI, engineered by Barings destroyer Nick Leeson and the man Harvey Weinstein paid to harass women he raped, Seth Freedman and assisted, unwittingly but unethically by Bloomberg Reporters Will Shaw and Meg Short. It is now five days since I reposted my email, lost in the system at Bloomberg, to Laura Zelenko, the global head of editorial standards, who promised to discuss the matter and my very reasonable requests  with John Micklethwait, the Editor in Chief at Bloomberg. So far crickets. So I have dropped Laura another note with a few updates.

The most-listened-to Bearcasts this week were:

  1. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 1: on 3 mining related stocks and a new, spiv, share purchase (by me not by Nigel Farage)

In this first bearcast I discuss a spiv share purchase and Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Golden Prospect Precious Metals (GPM) and  Phoenix Copper (PXC).

  2. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No2: Farage's cynical spivvery works (pro tem). the oil price & thoughts on Skins as interim CEO joins board

I start with the oil price and mention en passant Union Jack Oil (UJO). Then it is Cult Wines, Nigel Farage's spivvery at Stack BTC (STAK) and Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) before clarifying my plans on Golden Prospect Precious Metals (GPM).

  3. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: a question of journalistic ethics for me and the Farage bitcoin spivvery madness accelerates

I start with my ethical dilemma and the question of what sources tell one. Then it is Stack BTC (STAK), BSF Enterprises (BSFA), Strix (KETL), share buybacks and Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT).

  4. Tom Winnifrith Bearast No1: If Bloomberg is not going to cover up for Meg Short it MUST speak to these 2 men & why isn't Ariana at 4p already?

I discuss the criminal conspiracy cooked up by Nick Leeson and Serth Freedman and wholly unconcincing correspondence today from Bloomberg's Global Head of Editorial Standards, Laura Zelenko. I have put her in touch with two men who she should already have contacted but has not. Then it is onto Ariana (AAU) which has great news today from Dokwe. I explain what it should be doing and why its shares could be 4p tomorrow and still be dirt cheap.

  5. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No2: Valereum, Skinbiotherapeutics & Amaroq

I discuss utter regulatory failure re Valereum (CMRM) after today's expose HERE. Then Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) as the shares fall back to 10p and Amaroq (AMRQ) as its shares fall to 101p. I blame Darren's countrymen for that.

  6. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: How come crime does seem to pay?

I start with a few matters about ShareStock and especially the AI talk - as I mow the lawn for the first time today I urge you to book your seats HERE.  Then onto crime. I start with the Dominic White and Alessandrto Zamboni crime gang, move onto  Chris Cleverly then to David Williams of Avanti Communications (AVN) before ending up with Seth Freedman and Nick Leeson and Amazing AI (AAI) and the question of whether Lift Global Ventures (LFT) should be allowed to gain financially from its part in what I increasingly see as a criminal conspiracy.

  7. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 2: Should I accept this invitation from Warwick School?

I discuss the invite, 9 days before peadophile teacher Paul Stainsby must enter a plea at Warwick Crown Court, Then any number of reasons why Atlas Metals (AMG) is toast and finally more nonsense on stilts from David Lenigas and the London Bitcoin Company (BTC).

  8. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No1: Bad news from the North Wales Police ( for Cade and Freedman) & the binary bet on Valereum

I start with today's update received from North Wales Police and it is now again looking at the 2021 fraud Zoetic harassment of me by Seth Freedman who was engaged by City financier Alistair Cade. Chin up lads. I then look at how Valereum (VLRM) plays out. It could mutibag or it could zero. I discuss the two possible outcomes and the key dates which determine what happens and what advisors Guild need to prove up. Or resign.

  9. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 1: Richard Jennings says my NBF is MAD - considered thoughts on news from The Smarter Web Company

Actually what Andrew Webley and the Smarter Web Company (WEB) propsoes today makes perfect sense to me. It might just be inspired. I would not buy the shares at 30p but his plan to cope with the warrant overhang might just work. Dare I say it: on this occassion Richard "nobody likes me and I don't care" Jennings is wrong.

  10. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 2: Going back to 2008 with Lucian

It was not a bad season for West Ham but that is not what we were discussing it was the parallels with 2026, Blue Owl, Bear Stearns, oil, base rates and gold. Them I look at the BSF Enterprise (BSFA) scandal, Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and more Mark Dixon share buying and also is it THE Colette Quinn who wants to silence me over Valareum (VLRM)

  11. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Answering Conrad on BSF Enterprise & the 2026 Elections in the UK and US and what they mean for our investments

I start by addressing a point made by young Conrad on BSF Enterprise (BSFA). Then it is onto UK elections in May and the US Mid terms in November and what will happen and what it means for our investments.
