Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
In their attempts to earn fifteen grand each for destroying me with smears and harassment, rapist Harvey Weinstein’s bully boy Seth Freedman and Barings destroyer Nick Leeson tried to introduce Bloomberg reporter “crazy” Meg Short to a numberof small cap and AIM CEOs who would say how my “hurty words” and supposed assistance to the shorting gangs had destroyed their Great British Companies. One such fellow was Neill Ricketts but he’s not the biggest scallywag involved.
Ricketts invested just £4,000 into Versarien PLC (VRS_ and then made millions of pounds from salary, bonuses and share sales pumping the stock up to a £200 million market cap. It was, of course, a fraud, and is now in administration with shareholders losing 100%. Ricketts trolled me on X as I exposed with hyndreds of articles and podcasts, on a number of occassions forcing 'fess up RNS's to be issued. Ricketts and took part in private telegram groups where shareholders discussed having me killed and getting my Mrs sacked from her then job. He bullied Buletin Board Morons who called him out with legal menaces. It was Mir who introduced Ricketts as a man who might help the conpsiracy although we do not know if Ricketts played ball.
But there was another chap who was even more keen to co=operate with Ms. Short, Rodger Sargent. The companies he has been involved with have also come under real scrutiny here and include Audioboom (BOOM) which is still going but also Mesh Holdings (dead), All Active Asset Capital (delisted), Aaqua (dead) and Otaq PLC (dead).
All Active Asset is especially worthy of note. Its problems that have left it at death's door and delisted were linked to its involvement with Aaqua and the controversial financier Robert Bonnier now bankrupted and found guilty of lying to defraud Nick Candy. So Sargent was the link man between Aquaa and All Active.
Incidentally Zak Mir’s Lift Global Ventres invested in All Active. I wonder from whom it bought those shares. It was Mir who introduced Sargent to the conspiracy. No doubt crazy Meg looked at his track record and deemed him highly credible. I look at his track record and consider him the sort of chap who should be “cold shouldered” by the City at once.
Incidentally, when crazy Meg called me, the conversation turned to Ricketts and those plots on the Telegram Group. She did not say if she had spoken to Ricketts and her only comment was to ask where my wife had been working. Such empathy as we consider International Women's Day.
