Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
This was a company I repeatedly exposed although some folks, egged on by the men behind the fraud, knew better and wanted to stop my writing. The company urged its shareholders to sue the City of London rozzers. It managed to raise more than £10 million from mug punters and now…it has gone bust as you can see below. All the money’s gone…
The liquidator has been in touch requesting that I send over all articles on this company and its director Martin Booth as “the Official Receiver has a statutory obligation to protect the company’s assets and to investigate:
(a) if the company has failed, the causes of the failure; and
(b) generally, the promotion, formation, business, dealings, and affairs of the company.”
Good. The way that boiler rooms raised money for Eden and the same spivs fleeced folks for Appbox Media needs investigating.
Will anything come of it? I doubt but the careers of CEOs who try to set the shareholders to attack me generally come to a sticky end.
