I have just dropped an email to Roy Pitchford, the boss of Mining, Minerals and Metals (MMM) warning him that a GM on 29th July to approve the RTO of Georgina Energy just cannot go ahead. I demonstrated yesterday that the prospectus and financial information supplied to Roy’s long suffering investors is quite simply wrong on numerous grounds and in a material way.
