25 kilometres done since 8 AM, just 75 more to go and so far Grandpa Lucian Miers is keeping up with health Nazi reader Nick. I suspect the latter is going slow to help Grandpa along. It is all for a great cause, the fight against the awful death sentence that is Motor Neurone Disease. I have donated, please join me and donate too HERE.
