Oh dear, oh dear. The IRS, HMRC, 2 CCJs, 3 banks, months of unpaid rent on her flat and now this... is Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer ever going to pay what she owes? Thanks to Winnileaks another liability emerges...
You will remember that GQ Employment Law, the firm Julie used to try to gag former employees with onerous NDA's attempted a winding up order against Ariadne Capital Limited ( now in administration) after it reneged on prior deals to pay? In the end Julie Meyer moved to put Ariadne into administration first using the firm of Leonard Curtis. At that point GQ was still owed £130,000 and the administrators report says that it has not been settled.
Well all is not lost for as Winnileaks can reveal below, Julie Meyer signed a personal guarantee on that debt ( as well as on the £172,000 owed to Barclays). So Presumably GQ just needs to ask Julie for its dosh or force her hand with a Court order or a threat to make her bankrupt. I have asked GQ to comment but at this point have not had a response. I shall update the article if it comments.
