Another unpaid supplier has to take Julie Meyer's Ariadne to Court in Malta - the empire is collapsing

By Tom Winnifrith | Friday 9 February 2018

In the UK Julie Meyer's flagship vehicle Ariadne Capital Limited went into administration before Christmas owing millions and demonstrating that its 2016 accounts were pure fiction. I can today reveal that yet, another of Praise The lord's dwindling band of UK companies, Ariadne Capital Partners Holdings Ltd has now suffered a First Gazette notice for strike off but it is in Malta where the shit is really hitting the fan for La Meyer's five companies.

As we exposed here, Police investigations into unpaid bills are now underway according to a minister of the Maltese Government. The financial regulator, the MSFA, is being pushed on why Ariadne retains its fund management license after THIS expose. And meanwhile there are a host of suppliers and former employees attempting to get payment for unpaid debts.

Gradually these cases are coming into the legal, system as the docket below demonstrates. This unpaid bill is for just under £4,000 but Meyer seems unable or unwilling to pay it. I have spoken to three separate individuals who are at various stages of taking the Ariadne group to the Maltese courts over unpaid bills and they tell me that there are dozens of others taking similar action.

The question for Ms Meyer who has gone from praising the island as being her future base to damning it as a place to do business in the space of just a few months, is why she is not paying? The evidence from other companies in the UK, such as the joke that is Entrepreneur Country, is that there is a cash crisis across her group.

The other question is how long before Meyer's five Maltese companies are all wound up? Put it this way, I bet you a fiver that she will never set foot on that island again.

No doubt, the devout Ms Meyer needs no reminding of Psalms 37, verses 18-24, King James Version Natch. But for those among you who, unlike Ms Meyer, are Godless, I quote;

18. The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever. 19. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied. 20. But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away. 21. The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth. 22. For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off. 23. The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. 24. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.

This is the word of the Lord. Praise be to God.
