Oh dear. Hulsey Smith filed a counter claim against Strat Aero (AERO) and four of its directors and we have obtained a copy. It is damning and until these allegations are refuted the stock is 100% uninvestable. Some of them are so severe that AIM Regulation needs to step in, suspend the shares and order a formal investigation. Did, for instance, the board give the CEO a "bonus" to allow him to make share purchases to "bolster the share price", This document begs for an immediate share suspension.

As always this site never ceases to amaze a novice such as myself.
The allegations are truly damning and if regulations have any conscience then AERO will be suspended pending a full and frank investigation.
This debacle has opened my eyes to future interrogation of BoD share purchases that are simply covered by bonus payments and the further abject disregard Nomads have in fulfilling their duties.

its a long deposition but i wouldn’t take as gospel or even as rational all the claims that a somewhat vexacious litigant makes. Id assume that the recent subscribers for shares would have done some due diligence on this situation

It is entirely possible that Hulsey Smith is a complete fruitcake and pathological liar. I have US court filings filed on behalf of a complete fruitcake and pathological liar that alleged that I was in fact the Estonian Consul to Tasmania working round the clock under 3 different user names to discredit the fruitcake. The 3 user names were actually a guy in Tasmania, me and a guy in US, hence why we were posting at all sorts of apparently bizarre times. Sadly the fruitcake, who claimed to have had visions from God, but when questioned about it said he had never claimed to have had visions from God and it was all made up by the press, even though his various official company reports repeatedly made that claim, ended up settling out of court with the Chinese company that was suing him so the Judge never got to declare what a complete fruitcake and pathological liar he was.

However those who believe in Due Diligence have to ask why was this not picked up in Strat Aero’s DD.
Whatever the truth turns out to be this is great pantomime, as long as you are not a shareholder! Thanks for bringing us this entertainment. Perhaps the next time you are spanking Susie Geliher’s bottom you can get her to release the Stat Aero filings in the case.
