By email and by twitter last night David Lenigas sank to new depths in an attempt to bully me into not speaking out at UK Investor Show on April 30 explaining why the fat Aussie share ramper has no place on AIM. Mr Lenigas should be truly ashamed as he wakes up this morning to what he posted last night. I doubt he will be. Mr Lenigas and his associate the tobacco smuggler Yusuf Kajee have both in the past tweeted references to my mental health and the death (by suicide) of my mother. And so one of Jabba's offerings last night was

I love that he is running scared.
His overweight sweaty mass… Shaking with fear as the 30th Approaches.
Lols, just lols.

I concur with Mooboy that as the proverbial will hit the fan the end of the month, nerves are frayed and he’s having that sweaty bum feeling.
Really glad you don’t back down.
Bring on the exposé ..

Re his reference to “Master Investor Show”, he’s listed as a keynote speaker at their event on 23 April.

Maybe he’s threatening to smear you there?
TW Note. Since MI was asset stripped out of RSh it has often been used as a platform for that.elrico
What I find astonishing (I know I should be astonished at what a fat sweaty assuie has to say) is the fact a so called corporate businessman feels he can tweet all manner of abuse and rant & rant like a petulant child, while presumably business partners and potential business partner look on. I rarely use twitter, my followers are barely in double digits and people I follow not much further ahead, that said, I would not tweet anything that my children, family members may find embarrassing, either for me or themselves.
I have lost a family member through suicide, I have never had that used against me, I guess I know how I would feel and whom has not been touched by mental issues, I have, but never had it used against me. I guess some people have no moral or social compass. I wonder if any of his family read his tweets and feel nothing but shame?

He’s a blaggard, blagging, O natural.

‘‘You really don’t want me to hit Master Investor show the way I plan with regulators’‘
Is Lenigas talking about The Regulators, a novel by stephen king where the main character can conjure up beings from his imagination to attack people who he feels wronged him as the first step in his plan for world domination
when he says he’ll hit the investor show I picture him walkin down the steps surrounded by his madeup regulators shooting his imaginary tommy gun at the ceiling

The reference to your mother’s suicide is totally unacceptable and beyond the pail.
For someone in DL’s position to behave like this is quite incredible, and you have to question whether you would want to invest in any public company where he is involved after this.
I for one won;t invest in any company where he has an involvement, after previous statements made by him, this is just the confirmation that that was a correct decision. If he turns up on stage at Master Investor, he may well get some searching questions of his own!
But I have a feeling he won’t answer them!

I actually like both of you. Tom, you have done/are doing a great job in exposing the incompetent, the corrupt and all those who sail in the gravy train. This train is left driverless and unregulated on the alter of `Caveat emptor’ (as if there is no asymetric information, and no moral hazard) in an ideology of market anarchy (more akin to mad max, rather than the individualised anarchy so beloved by economic libertarians). However, I thought you were an economic libertarian, but you advocate regulation, oversight and accountability. David, unlike other over-paid/underperforming AIM directors is at least public, and in that sense exposed to criticism. I just wish he would ramp less and be more balanced as to the present and future, the risks and rewards etc. and report both in an even handed way. Further, he also needs to face up to and address whether the company he keeps (in the form of his business associates and mates) is/is not a reflection of himself. Of course the same could be said of you, after all it was not so long ago that Andrew Bell and Mr Lenigas were chums of yours, and the former, in particular, you gave support to. Is it a `game of two halves’?
