Quindell Financial Services is alive again! Yes the vehicle ex CEO Rob Fielding used to trouser a £2 million hidden bung is back from the dead. After having been struck off by Companies House on 17 November 2015 it has been restored back on the register of companies on 3 February 2016. Would this have occurred without Shareprophets persistent questioning of Lord Michael Howard on 21 November 2015 (HERE). Perhaps not as you shall see.

Your podcast regarding Doctors. Having enjoyed ill-health for many years, I could not agree more. To say that a very significant percentage of the medical profession are taking the NHS to the cleaners and back again isn’t the word for it.
I was told I needed a special type of medical scan, I spent 2½ years waiting for the appointment, I finally arranged a private appointment with my consultant, I got the scan 4 days later.
I needed an urgent operation to have an infected tooth removed but due to heath issues it required an operation in a medical theatre, I was qoted 5 weeks waiting time. A paid for consultant dentist got me the operation in 4 hours.
For a different scan, waiting 4½ years, I again paid to see a consultant, who got me the scan 20 minutes later.
The corridor in A&E became known as the Bottomley ward as the Tory health minister of the day, Virginia Bottomley stated it was perfectly acceptable that people were treated in the corridors of A&E. What is the longest time I have spent on the Bottomley ward waiting for a bed.
I once waited on the Bottomley ward, a corridor in A&E, whereby I had a consultant anesthetist and a high dependency nurse by my beside, for every minute, of every hour for 29 long, punishing long days.
These are some of the reasons the electorate dumped the Tories into the long grass. It took the New Labour politicians Gordon Brown and Ed Balls to start the change in the health service, the building of new hospitals and better services, and I experienced the changes, whatever people say of both them, it is churlish not to give them credit for it.
Thatcher never ever attempted to cut back the health service, you can lay the blame on all this and more on John Major.
The government should resist this payment claim from Junior doctors, despite the inconvenience and difficulty a strike would cause, the medical professional should never again be allowed the luxury that the whole thing is run around them
