  1. You should check out the EDL board on the LSE asylum. Chock full of morons! They all seem to think that license approval is going to spur a multibag, rather than beg another round of placing to finance it.

Would be very interested to hear your thoughts on it.

  2. SpikeyJ is a long term bear of DAN and I think you’ll find he was being ironic and trying to be witty!

  3. warun boofit

Britta is correct, spikeyj was feeding the morons with the choice morsels they crave.

  4. My entry is the absolute pile of stinking SHIT posted by a fella called BMD.

It was hilarious, stupid and whiney all in one.

I won’t link to it. I think you know it.

    LOOOOOOOOOLS.

  5. Really surprised you didn’t realise your “winner” is actually having a laugh at the expense of the idiot rampers. Hard to read it in any other way, especially with the phrase “glowing reputation” added at the end of the list of corporate failures. Perhaps expand the judging panel in future?

  6. Juicin Drumroll

    TW,

I told you on the 23rd at 13;00 that SpikeyJ was taking the piss out of the cultists – http://www.shareprophets.com/views/18027/bulletin-board-twitter-moron-of-the-week-contest-2016-1-you-can-t-beat-this-can-you

Spikeyj is an intelligent and amusing poster who is realistic & bearish on DAN.

He’s (obviously, I thought) taking the piss out of the mugs in your quoted post.

    Duh.”

I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt here & hoping to see a correction on the SpikeyJ fuck up ^^^^^.

    From ADVFN AFRI thread:

    mug3 25 Jan’16 – 12:55 – 853 of 866 0 0
the shorts may well have to cover their AIM hedges and spread betting. They won’t get their AIM margins on ISDX. I think this is a good move. This could well really hurt the shorts. The shorts probably crashed the price thinking people might panic.

  9. Juicin Drumroll

    ADVFN, WTG, blind stupidity.

Now that the property division has been axed the board are free to concentrate on the profitable areas like Himex and Ingenie. Am I missing out any other significant operations?

  10. Simple Moving Avarice

Spikeyj’s win is clearly an outstanding example of Poe’s Law.

Clearly it is impossible to parody a BBM without being mistaken for one.

    Selfish

    Tuesday 11:36

Forgive me for being Selfish but I hate the fact somebody can walk in now and buy shares at a lower price than 7 years ago. Those that have held for years should be offered more for their shares then those that have jumped on the train at the last station.

I know it can’t happen but hey ho.

    DAN will be back
    Today 09:37

The reason why i invested here:: 1) RT bought up big stake 2) RT sold and bought back more than previous holding (as promised – he now holds 9.26 %) 2) DAN have made it very clear they will be turning the business around and return to profitability in near term 3) expansion in office space, new board members etc suggest DAN is very positive about their future.

Fundamentally this is a good investment, dont let the issues with nomad, delisting get in the way. DAN will relist again if they want any sort of funding in the future.

  16. Another Worthington moron on LSE hits us with the beautiful irony of … “all will be reviled shortly” as below. Read the thread to see how this typical idiot specimen WRN investor shellymarie1985 later explains he was parking his car at the same time as typing his moronic message about Nunaminerals / WRN… wonder what he/she has been doing in oil and gas for 16 years – servicing boilers, petrol pump attendant?

    Too many impatient people invested.

for all the people ******** about how long this is taking why do you even bother to invest in shares whats going on behind the scenes here is big and doesn’t take 2 minutes to put together I’ve been in the oil and gas industry for 16 years Shell are due to merge with BG next month in a 49 billion dollar deal how long do think that’s been going on just sit back relax and don’t waste your precious time worrying about this all will be reviled shortly and anyone who bought these for under a £1 will make good money trust me

  17. Wow, this idiot trying to say this BS!

    moneymunch 29 Jan’16 – 10:49 – 9961 of 9969 1 0

Liedumb, you vile disgusting lowlife scumbag, Lenigas wasn’t referring to extraction costs at HH as you well know……Angus CEO reckons nearby Lidsey and Brockham could be £15 a barrel and even lower.

Oil will spike big if Opec and Russia decide to cut production, which will add considerable value to Ukog’s HH and IoW prospects, although the current price of oil is somewhat irrelevant to the near term potential upsides of ALL upsides on confirmation of Nutech and Schlumberger’s multi-billion barrel Kimmeridge assessment. GLA Longs…..;-))))

ps…just heard that TW is now buying UKOG…..Onwards and Upwards!!! ;-))))

  18. Russ O'Callaghan

Agreed, Worthington Wonder. Plus, Shelleymarie omits to mention the teensy-weensy differences between the way that Shell/Bg conducts a merger and the way that Worthington conducts a “merger”. Shell and BG were NOT offline and incommunicado with the rest of the world over the last year and a half! Their CEOs were not hidden from the world like Howard Hughes and there probably WAS somebody answering their telephones during the whole of that time!

    why did RT sell?

the story is that the IMTK directors would not play ‘ball’ with RT and he got frustrated and therefore sold. lets not forget that his short term valuation of his share was10p so these current prices offer great value

    WRN
    30/01/2016 11:51

My prediction is we’ll resume trading march, april or may with 10 to 20 deals and a NAV of £1.3 Billion to £1.7 Billion.
There’s nothing to say any of the original ten deals are off and i suspect more deals will have been added over the course of the last 12 months or so, since that’s the business we’re in and business will have gone on as per usual despite the shares being suspended and progress and further growth will have surely been made.

Deal partners will be drawn to WRN by it’s potential and ambition. And that hasn’t gone away or diminished, infact it will have grown further by now. For a deal partner, no other company out there is comparible – for that reason, i can’t see ANY of the original deal partners having walked. Deal partners will be equally as excited about WRN as us holders.

The numbers i’ll be watching like a hawk will be our NAV and MCAP. I won’t personally be basing my descions on what the share price is. Our NAV is potentially going to be enormous – we’re technically a “nano cap stock” right now (a company with less than $50m mcap) with a soon-to-be NAV that’s more akin to a FTSE 350 or even FTSE 250 company. It’s a truly gigantic scale-up – its no wonder the shorters are soiling themselves so much.
My personal low end estimate, is that our mcap will settle in the £350m to £650m range by xmas 2016
However, with so few shares in issue, the multi-listings, the squeeze effect on the shares, the herd effect and the sheer interest and attention when we resume trading – which will be utterly utterly mental.. i do think, at some point, probably within the initial 6 months of resumption in particular, that our mcap will touch or exceed £1 Billion.

Any further dilution is unlikely to happen until a future date, probably mid to late 2017 onwards im thinking.
So we should resume with our current 25m shares in issue.
Based on £350m to £1Billion Mcap, i think we should be looking at £15 to £40 share price before the end of 2016

    WRN
    30/01/2016 18:29

If you were a deal partner looking for a PLC to partner with, would you rather do business with some obscure company that nobody has ever heard of, or would you choose the one that’s most frequently in the spotlight that everyone’s heard of and keeps talking about, even after 15+ months of suspension?

Of the thousands of companies out there, no matter how hard they try, the vast majority of them are simply unable to get themselves into the spotlight. They just don’t stand out from the crowd. Their NAVs are nothing special, their profits are nothing special, they often have a huge number of shares in issue so their SP is unlikely to ever rise much barring some kind of miracle, and their BBs are either dead or dying – basically, they’re just not that interesting, they don’t stand out in any way and most of us have never heard of them and are probably unlikely to.. they’re destined to remain obscure, just another face in the crowd and firmly out of the spotlight and known only to a relatively tiny number of investors.. basically, not a very attractive option for any prospective deal partner.

And that’s why i strongly suspect that NONE of the original ten deal partners will have walked.
WRN is unique; us holders know it and no doubt so do the deal partners; there is no other share like it that’s so consistantly in the spotlight and so talked about, even with two long suspensions WRN is as talked about as ever.
And we’re in the spotlight because of our potential and the positive effects that’ll likely have on the SP – we have a unique blend of tiny mcap, tiny free float, huge predicted NAV, the multi listings, the merger with nuna, substantial predicted profit and growth, an ever growing pipeline of deals, huge interest and focus on us.. the list goes on.

Why then, should ANY of the original ten deal partners have walked? Because they got impatient and tired of waiting so decided to give up their golden seat in some kind of tizzy fit over how long it’s all taking and partner with Trotter&Sons Obscure Holdings PLC instead? doesn’t sound like great business sense does it? a few private investors might allow personal feelings of impatience and frustration to get to them, but businesses don’t generally allow personal feelings to dictate direction and influence important business decisions. No, all ten original deals will almost certainly stiĺl be on.
And the more deals we have, the more attractive we become.
So i would imagine our pipeline of prospective deals is rather large and that our selection criteria ensures only the best get to partner with us – ie, deals that’ll create the most shareholder value.
With so many to choose from, almost certainly over the last year or so, more deals will have been added. Good ones.
Business will have gone on as per usual, further growth and progress will have been made.
I think we’re very much on track for 10 + deals, a HUGE nav and very soon £15 to £40 share price by xmas 201

  24. Russ O'Callaghan

I agree with both your sentiments, Chris and Worthingtonian, but remember, when it comes to the AIMS market you have to be prepared for the totally insane scenarios. I personally, just like you, wouldn’t put a penny into WRN, but that doesn’t mean it might not reach some of these completely bonkers market-caps that its groupies claim for it.
Where AIMS is concerned market-cap doesn’t seem to bear any direct relationship whatsoever with irrelevances such as what a company owns, what its activities are, what the state of its books are… Just look at some of these crazy horses of the past such as Innovation, indeed ANY Rob Terry company which became ten-baggers and more overnight, all based upon..well, nothing. The share-price of AIMS companies seems to reflect nothing more than the misplaced trust that investors are prepared to place in them.
What I suppose I’m saying is that, upon resumption of trading, some of these guys might well see their five pounds per share or even more; but that does not make WRN a good share because for all shares the Day of Revelations is, if not nigh, then at least somewhere down the road: look at AFRIAG, Quindell, Daniel Stewart, indeed half the launchings that have come out of China. They are not an investment; they are a bet.

  25. Worthingtonian

WRN is currently main market listed, not AIM, but as the accounts will never be filed the suspension will never be lifted so it’s all pretty academic.

Until the powers that be start properly enforcing the rules to deter promotion of these ‘bigger fool’ schemes, it’s so hard to sort the wheat from the chaff that anywhere below the FTSE350 is practically uninvestable these days.

  26. Russ O'Callaghan

Sorry, Worthingtonian; I stand corrected. You are of course absolutely right. I suppose (in my defence) I was just bogged down by confusion/ ignorance as to how the hell this bucket-load managed to keep a place on the main market lists for so long! But then, the likes of Maxwell also managed it didn’t they?!
