Tom Winnifrith: Its 3 AM & Ive just checked myself into Hospital

No David Lenigas it is not the loony bin but Kalamata General. After my fall while picking olives on Monday I thought that I was healing and managed four hours in the fields on Tuesday, albeit in some pain. But after three hours sleep on Tuesday night I awoke at two in absolute agony. The guy from the hotel reception came to my room, arranged everything and within 30 minutes I was at Kalamata Hospital.

  1. Tom

    Bad luck, old chap!

Plenty of rest, drugs and booze……… well maybe not the last two!

All best wishes for a full and speedy recovery.

  2. Hanging is Far Too Good for Them

    Good luck with your recovery.

    Hangers

  3. best wishes Tom

  4. Commiserations – but you are obviously in the right place: the NHS could learn a thing or two.

Your writing seems to have improved too. Maybe not having a ‘send’ button gave you the luxury of reading it twice.

  5. I did warn you about Karma ! ………….. you really should not have told the world LGO settled a bill owed to Trinity by giving it LGO shares at nominal value ! Winni Maths ! ………….. it actually settled the bill at LGO market share price 0.42p at the time . You caused a collapse in the LGO share price with that incorrect broadcast .
Get well soon Hugs & Kisses
    WR

  6. Get well soon Tom.

And let us know if there are any hot Hellenic nurses knocking about on the ward, try and get a few hospital bed selfies with ‘em if you can ;)

  7. Get well soon. I’m told a gentle body rub with cold pressed olive oil does magic for bruises, but it is more important who does the rubbing…

  8. Get well soon, Tom, that lady doctor has a good bedside manner, bit of hand relief perhaps.

  9. “My other doctor was a nice young lady who kept asking me to take my trousers down so she can gently check where it hurts.”

Did she carry out a rectal probe?

  10. Drunken Sailor

Wildes, Trinity must be absolutely delighted to have been issued LGO shares at over 100% premium to current price to sell. That is the trouble with taking shares in lieu of cash – won’t stop them dumping just as soon as they can though.

What price are those other shares which will be “based on” the mid price at some unknown date in the future going to go for? They can’t go for less than the nominal of 0.05p and that is not all that far away, so they had better hurry up because 2 more 50% drops in a day and it is game over on the confetti issuing game, until they can hold an EGM to approve a capital reorg. Hmm 10 to 1 split followed by a 100 to 1 consolidation to get them back to being a piss poor penny stock?

  11. There’s never a good time to be ill/incapcitated but coming up to Christmas is like a double whammy; so best wishes for a full recovery before Christmas.

Never desist with nurses who want to pull your trousers down, just so they can get in there for a looksee.

  12. Do they have an NHS in Greece?

  13. Drunken ……………. what you seem to be missing is the fact that the LGO share price fell to 0.15 p because Whining Froth released false information to the market . He clearly does not understand nominal value , cant read an RNS , has his own maths called WINNI MATHS and is a market abuser and self confessed global shorting conspiracy contributor .Plus he also makes very bias pod casts giving only the bear side with no balance and then accuses Justin “the clown” of doing the same thing on the bull side. When the market realised that he was talking shite and his maths was all wrong the share price recovered some of its losses . He is directly responsible for the remainder of the losses through market abuse via making false announcements. I would not be totally surprised if he were not to hear from the company or the regulators for this debacle .

  14. Drunken Sailor

    Wildes,

You are losing the plot. Share price fall had nothing to do with Tom’s minor error and you know it. Tom admitted his mistake and the share price is falling again. LGO marches on into the valley of death because it is burning cash, has major debts and is now praying someone will be stupid enough to over pay for its loss making production declining sharply due to lack of capital investment assets with no near term good news on the oil price on the horizon. Sorry there is no oil industry equivalent of SGH out there.

What price are those “based on mid price” shares going to go for? How soon before SP hits nominal and they can’t issue more confetti? Those are the issues. I know you are not a BBM, but you are sounding like one when it comes to LGO – going to hear from the company or regulators about market abuse ROTFL!

How much does Malcolm (breaking strain of a wet lettuce leaf) Stacey regret that he allowed himself to be talked out of his decision to sell when SP was over 4 times higher? Price now is less than half what it was when you tried to convince me that it was at the bottom. Who is making false statements trying to convince people not to sell / buy?

  15. Drunken ……………. Whining Froth scared people out of the share with a pod cast in the public domain stating that the deal with Trinity was TWELVE TIMES WORSE than it actually was in reality ………… That and the fact his known associates claimed to be shorting the share , means market abuse has taken place ………. plain and simple . He is as bad as Oily .
He is the new Market Abuser and he practises WINNI MATHS . Pot calling the kettle black

    Teathers mate Teathers ……

  16. Wildes

You are really cracking up. I made an error and I corrected it when aware.

You say my known associates claim to be shorting LGO? Who exactly. At a £7m market cap is there any borrow? And becuase a bloke I know is short what does that mean exactly. I am gain ZERO from the longs or shorts of others.

You sound like a truly desperate BB moron, long of a stock heading to zero, playing the man not the ball and unable to accept that your beloved LGO is toast

    t

  17. Drunken Sailor

    Tom,

It is clear that LGO shareholders read all your stuff and listen to all your bearcasts avidly, but decide to ignore the excellent research because they are ultra savvy enough to have done even more in depth research and know you are wrong. The Trinity share deal was announced a few days ago, the repeat announcement was just saying the shares that had been agreed to be issued had actually been issued (given the SP had fallen by 50% thanks to the strategic review announcement in between agreement and issue there could have been some doubt as to whether the deal would go through, so well done to LGO for making it clear). When the deal was first announced I got the calculator out and worked out the price equated to 0.42p, which was a fair price at the time. Clearly these ultra savvy holders, who know better than you, did not get their calculators out and do the same either then or when the second announcement came out. So when you made a small error, which is easily done in haste as LGO never gave the figure on what the price actually was in either announcement, the ultra savvy investors still did not get their calculators out, but instead shit themselves and hit the sell button straight away. I just wish I could be as savvy as all those guys.
