I’d like to know why the identity of the lender who has given Paragon the £500k loan hasn’t been disclosed. Surely it is part of AIM Rule 10 to disclose the name of the person / company who holds the company’s fate in his / her / its hands? I’d expect AIM Regs to miss this but you would have thought Northland as Nomad have a sound enough reputation to insist upon it.
