On Monday AIM-listed Aquatic Foods Group plc (AFG), a Jersey-based holding company with its main assets in Shandong Province in China, held its AGM. Ahead of that gathering it was announced that Mr John McLean (hitherto the Deputy Chairman and Senior non-Exec) had withdrawn his candidacy for re-election to the board. Red Flag?
