Tom Winnifrith may be on sabbatical but we would not want the Financial Reporting Council, FCA and AIM Regulation to get bored and so in light of today’s shocking revelations about the shambolic accounts of disgraced Daniel Stewart PLC HERE, we have AGAIN written to the regulators demanding an investigation. DUCK AND DIVE
Good to see the pressure being kept up.
I can’t help feeling there’s an acronym or two missing from the cc list though. How about UKLA – and our EU chums, ESMA, ESME, EGESC and ESC, since the FCA does SFA?
And since the minions at the FCA are so clearly falling short in their duties*, I think a cc individually to the FCA chair, chief executive and non-exec directors might get things moving.
Might as well cc the Chancellor and the Treasury Minister and the Governor of the Bank of England for good measure…then you’ll have the bastards surrounded.
