I remain convinced that the chances of Worthington (WRN) relisting are somewhere between no hope and Bob Hope but a hell of a lot closer to the former. But while we dance the charade that it may regain a listing the RNS statements it puts out beg ever odder questions, I am heading down a wormhole with the white rabbit as I try to follow what is going on in the great Worthington acid trip. A company called Renatus WRN Secured Loan Note Holders Ltd,sole director Doug Ware registered at what is I assume his home address (and a subsiduary of European & Asian Ltd based in HK )is listed as having a secured charge against Equity Media Partners ltd.Perhaps by some magic because I think Renatus has convertible loan notes exercisable in Worthington.Worthington is deemed to “own” Equity Media Partners if Doug exercises them.
Renatus WRN Secured Loan Note Holders Ltd is not to be confused with Renatus Capital Ltd which has a 9% interest in Worthington and a substantial interest in various convertible loan notes convertible into squillians of WRN shares at low prices.This one is based at Skylines Village and has directors Wulstan Earley & Sherri Ellison and could some say just to clarify have connections with someone Doug may or may not have met but only for 15 minutes if he did meet him and anyway never said he did n’t meet him even if he did or did n’t.
