Yesterday a new video appeared on the website of Worthington (WRN). Then it er..disappeared? This is all rather confusing and must be very confusing for UKLA as it decides whether to allow the shares to relist. Luckily we captured the video and so are happy to bring it to a wider audience. And we have more news.

You’re welcome.

That isn’t really the full story is it! The video did not ‘appear’ on the website. It was found by someone who was looking through pages of the ‘new’ website that weren’t meant for the publics eyes.
Not only that but the video was also password protected (admittedly not very well).
Clearly this version of events very much differs from your more dramatic version….

Darren,
Laughable, its in the word CON glomerate, its like some kind of bad dream, hopefully the company that never happened.
Its like the fantasy of a psychopathic egomaniac, thats going to take over the world, using confetti, the play of longevity 61 yrs, that has nothing to do with this crew, and shareholders being suckered.!!!!!!!!!!!!
welshmentrader
The video was NEVER on there website, but on vimeo. Video was password protected also and not for public viewing. Stick to facts shareprophets not twisting of them.

No one told me the Tory Party had done their manifesto to video. UK plc.

What a truly laughable video. Who would ever invest on the basis of this rubbish ? So CONglomerates are back are they – oh gosh I better phone my broker now !

“Most talked about share – even though we’re suspended!!!”
You just know that nothing good can come from this.

Hardly surprising if they pulled it, ‘very liquid stock’ its not, whats surprising is if the video made it past their PR peoples, sleeping at the wheel ? I get pissed off with history lesson promotional videos, I dont need reminding about Beatle dates etc, I was there first time around thanks very much, just makes me realise how much of an old crock I am. Then to mention Hanson trust, Worthingtons not in the same league but even if they were an asset stripping conglomerate gobbling the fat off the backs of their prey the business model is as dead as John Cleese Norwegian Blue “This is a late parrot. It’s a stiff. Bereft of life, it rests in peace. If you hadn’t nailed it to the perch, it would be pushing up the daisies. It’s rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. This is an ex-parrot.”

Orgy in a Brothel.. organisation thereof. Springs to mind.
Either they linked to the ‘new’ pages from the ‘old’ pages so someone could ‘find’ it or someone guessed ‘newwebsite’ or whatever it was and then…
“Not only that but the video was also password protected (admittedly not very well).”
I believe it was ‘Password1”. ISTR they had already made noises about a ‘New Website’ and all of a sudden there is a copy of it live via the ‘Old Website’. Either that was deliberate or very very stupid…

Aren’t these the guys who recently mislaid a load of confidential stuff who then had to go try sue some Aldi Pizza Blogger to prevent him publishing details and then what sort of idiot develops a pre-production website ‘live’ and hosted on an open Internet facing domain?
What other sort of noob behaviour have they been practising?
