Aiden Earley has obtained an interim injunction against me publishing certain documents he admits are genuine because I might damage his good reputation. Who on earth is he kidding? There are large number of reasons why this man is a Pariah in the City, a scumbag, almost universally despised. And so here we go on explaining to Worthington (WRN) shareholders the track record of your dominant shareholder and the man who has created the omnishambles of a fraud that is your company.

Was the AIM company Earley did the dirty on Silvermere? Silvermere went TU shortly after £80k was not paid on a placing. The CEO Andy Morrison and Chairman Frank Moxon took a lot of flak as it went bust.

Quite rightly you highlight Mr Earley’s shocking behaviour as a company director in 2007 that lead to his present disqualification. Maybe, the creditors that Mr Earley walked away from owing hundreds of thousands of pounds will be lending you their support, Tom?
Mr Earley and his brothers questionable dealings with Worthington Group, its CEO and other ‘major investors’ have been well chronicled in numerous publications both online and in the printed word. I would especially draw your attention to the series of articles written in 2013 and most recently January this year in the influential “In the City” section of Private Eye, detailing the actions of the usual suspects and their dubious unprincipled deal making.
Given the wide spread reporting of Mr Earley’s business adventures over the years of failure and disaster it would be hard to conclude any other, that his reputation is appalling and one of singular disrepute.
Thus, its hard to see how such a tarnished and reviled reputation could have suffered further by the revelations published through ShareProphets.
