My first meeting with my barrister as I seek to have the Aiden Earley injunction lifted is on Monday afternoon and will cost £1000 +VAT. My lawyers’ fees are already in excess of that. The hearing at the High Court on Wednesday will cost several thousand pounds and so I ask for your URGENT help in getting this injunction lifted so we can expose more stock market crime.

We can all appreciate how horrendously expensive is hiring legal services and representation. Its vital that ShareProphets continue revealing and reporting the frauds and wrongdoings on the financial markets, so I’m sure there will be a successful response to contributing to the fighting fund.
I suppose meeting expensive legal costs isn’t going to worry Mr Earley, not with recently picking up his 250K commission cheque plus that it appears family members are also able to draw down funds from PLC’s.
Given the history of business failure and his habit of systematic walking away owing creditors hundreds of thousands of pounds, it was a public duty that Mr Earleys involvement and depths of behind the scenes manipulations with a listed PLC should have been revealed and reported.

Tom – given the Applicant’s alleged track record and hence the likelihood of him paying your costs if he loses, your lawyers should ask for an order for ‘security for costs’. This is conveniently summarised by Pinsent Masons here. I am sure they posted it with you in mind by way of atonement.
