I had trouble opening the agreement document, it maybe me. I did get it opened but in an un-formatted form, so you can read it. The issue appears to be just this one, the others in previous articles open OK.
The document is damning. Tolkein writes of Saruman, the distrusting are distrustful. I can’t believe anyone would write it down
