Wolf Minerals (#WLFE) – accounts delayed until “funding solution is finalised”

Many commodities have enjoyed significant recoveries in price during 2016, but tungsten hasn’t been amongst them and isn’t far off of the lowest levels seen during the past decade.
John Meyer of SP Angel this morning comments on Antofagasta (ANTO), Minera (MIRL), Noricum Gold (NMG), Northcote Energy (NTC), Petra Diamonds (PDL) & Wolfe Minerals (WLFE) as well as offering a detailed macro view on the news that is shaping global mining and the AIM mining pond.
John Meyer of SP Angel this morning comments on Firestone Diamonds (FDI), Gemfields (GEM), Highland Gold (HGM), Polyus Gold (PGIL), Vast Resources (VAST) and Wolf Minerals (WLFE) as well as offering a detailed macro view on the news that is shaping global mining and the AIM mining pond.
Smaller mining companies aren’t exactly in favour at the moment, but I think that Wolf Minerals (WLFE) is well worth a look.
Positive cash flow in two years’ time and then dividend payments to investors are now on the agenda at Wolf Minerals (WLFE), the Western Australia-based company hoping to produce 3,500 tonnes of tungsten and 500 tonnes of tin a year for at least a decade, at the reopened Hemerdon open pit mine in Devon. This is the message from managing director Russell Clark, following AIM and Down Under-listed Wolf’s £99.2 million fund raising at 16.3p or 30 Australian cents, below the current price of 19.88p and a year’s high of 26.75p.
Yesterday I pointed out how Wolf Minerals (WLFE) the AIM Cesspit and ASX listed wannabbee miner had engaged in typical pump and place activities which will inevitably see some PIs (the folks paying 26p two weeks ago) screwed as institutions get in on a placing at sub 20p.
I have no idea what Wolf Minerals (WLFE) does other than it is an AIM Cesspit and ASX listed mining enterprise whose board last year trousered a collective A$1.2 million. I am sure that it was money well spent but it comes across my radar today as the shares have been suspended in the land of high culture and have plunged by 15% on AIM.
