WeCap (WCAP) shares are now trading at 0.225 pence valuing the company at £1 million. This is significantly lower than the 1 year high of 3.15p when I wrote my article of 5 December 2025 “Detailed Report: WeCap – not as a great an opportunity as it seems, the nest of vipers on the promote.” Those vipers included Zak Mir and Big Gib. My bear case has effectively been proven correct.
AQSE listed WeCap (WCAP), a company pumped so disgracefully by Zak Mir and others, sees its shares now down to a mid-price of 0.285 pence valuing the company at £1.35 million well down on the 1.85 pence share price at peak ramp. Folks cannot say that I did not warn them…
I wonder how many of the shareholders in WeCap (WCAP) whose primary asset is a shareholding in We Shop Holdings Limited, a Nasdaq listed company, bothered to look at its 20F filing containing its results for the year ended 31 December 2025 that was filed last night.
Like Quantum Data Energy,(QSE), today’s scandal du jour, WeCap (WCAP) has been promoted aggressively by the wretched Zak Mir, of whom more later. And like Quantum, WeCap is a worthless box of frogs. Now we have (bad) news from the USA.
WeCap (WCAP) shares closed on Friday at a mid-price of 0.325 pence per share for a market capitalisation of £1.44 million. This is massively down on the value when I first started commentating on the company back on 5 December 2025 when We Cap was valued at £9.73 million. The perceived value was and is attributed to its stake in We Shop Holdings, which is a Nasdaq listed company.
WeCap (WCAP) is an AQSE penny dreadful that has been promoted by every spiv in town, most notably Britain’s self styled leading chartist Zak Mir, Gavin Burnell of Globo infamy and Alastair Cade, the man who engaged Harvey Weinstein's paid thug Seth Freedman to harass and threaten me to protect his investment in the Zoetic fraud. Natch, I have been a perma bear but the share price collapse is now accelerating and are we close to endgame? Its net assets are, as of today, negative.
When I last wrote about much pumped WeCap (WCAP) on 11 February, hardly my first warning, its share price was 1.01 pence mid, it is now at a mid price of 0.65 pence.
